The class starts with a quick demonstration by a live person of each of the stations and the monitors show a recorded, continuous demonstration of each station's activity for reference. Everything is on a timer which is reflected on the monitors, including a count down to the next activity. This keeps everything on track and ensures the classes start and end on time (which I LOVE!). I would recommend this to anyone looking for a fitness community to get involved in as everyone here is truly invested in encouragement and accountability. Pricing is a little steep, but they do a great job of offering different packages and plans to accommodate most budgets and schedules.
