I've been going to F45 since March 2018 and I don't think I've ever stuck to a workout routine for so long before. Their workouts are challenging but at the same time so easy to make adjustments to match your level of fitness. The coaches are amazing, always motivating and pushing you to your limit! Every class is different and each exercise targets different muscles of your body. Each class consists of great music that just pumps you up to keep going. They always have different activities throughout the month like in April they raised money for Parkinson's disease and this month they had a blood drive. Always something to do, always so much fun. F45 Bridgeland is like no other. The people and trainers there are extremely friendly and motivating. The class has all types of people from fit to first-timers. Do NOT be intimidated to give it a try, as each workout is in a classroom environment, but with many weight options and modifications available, you will be sure to get a good workout in that is safe and comfortable for your situation. My wife has been going for 15 months and she looks better then she has at any other point in her life. This gym is awesome!! There are two trainers for every class and always someone to help with technique or form. The trainers make sure to get know every member and make everyone feel welcome and a part of the gym. The trainers at this gym go above and beyond than any other gym I have attended! The gym and equipment are always clean. I do think the membership is expensive, but you get what you pay for and this gym far exceeded my expectations! read more

F45 training Bridgeland is a terrific fitness center. I never in a million years thought I would ever wake up at 4 am to prepare to work out at 4:30 am. But I did at F45. The coaches know everyone by name, correct your forms to prevent injuries. You make tons of friends with the same althetic/fitness goals and they become your other family. I am so glad this has opened near our house and it's only less than 5 mins. F45 keeps me motivated and makes me want to go to the gym everyday. I've met some amazing people from our neighborhood. I was never a morning workout person, but to get my daily workout it was a necessary evil. Now I wake up at 4:30 Monday thru Friday for my workout and actually MISS it when I can't go. The class format is consistent but the content changes every day to keep it challenging. I've been working out for most of my 51 years and F45 is one of if not the best workouts there is. I wrestled most of my life, I've done CrossFit, P90X, lifting heavy on my own, yoga, boot camps, etc. F45 is the best combo of weight training ( with out crazy heavy max lifts with bad form) and cardio (without the enduranced knee pounding). We have been members of F45 Bridgeland since it opened and it is still the best workout in the area. The trainers are top notch and the community of members is very tight knit.
