There are 15 minute classes - cycle, rowing, or elliptical style Hitt sessions which are all in individual saunas that host up to 3 persons each class. If you want a longer class that is more yoga themed, you can opt for classes such as a "hot yoga", "hot buns" or pilates - each 40 min (warmup and cool down included). They also have a small weight room section- dumbells , kettlebells, battle rope and bench to get an effective weight session in before or after your class. The location is always very clean, which is a MUST considering the rooms are 120 degrees - a LOT of sweat flies around this place! Their staff always greets you and are available if you need help or have questions. I love the "community " atmosphere here as well.

I have to bring my own adaptive equipment to use the machines, which severely limits what I can physically do on the floor. I showed up around 5:30 PM and, understandably during peak hours, the few upper-body machines I could use were occupied. I decided to pivot and do lower body instead. I went to use a squat rack that was completely empty. However, staff stopped me and said I wasn't allowed to use it because a small CrossFit class was taking place in that section. Even though the specific platform I needed was entirely unoccupied, they refused to let me use it due to a rigid blanket policy. Denying an amputee access to an unused machine when my options are already so limited is ridiculous. I went to the front desk manager hoping for some common sense, but they were completely dismissive and unaccommodating. I'm not looking for special handouts, just basic logic and respect from a facility charging premium prices. Because of this complete lack of customer service and absolute refusal to apply common sense, I immediately canceled my personal portion of the membership. If you have any sort of physical limitation, do not expect this gym or its management to accommodate you.

There is a fee applied to people who dont have proper gym etiquette by not putting up there weights after finishing there workouts which i think is great and helps keeps us in check but it seems like some people get a pass to this rule. Specifically Kobi's main team time and time again they make it impossible to workout at the gym by either leaving there sweaty clothes on machines or benches, or them sitting on the dumbell racks and when you ask them to move you find the dumbells now covered in sweat from them sitting on it. Then even for benches they aren't using they throw there shirts on it covering it in sweat too or even on machines. Then they leave leaving the area dirty and covered in sweat. They truly ruin the gym experience for people and it doesnt make sense how others can be charged for having improper gym manners but all that is allowed.

Awesome cycling class. I'll go every time I'm back in Houston.

I've been going to F45 since March 2018 and I don't think I've ever stuck to a workout routine for so long before. Their workouts are challenging but at the same time so easy to make adjustments to match your level of fitness. The coaches are amazing, always motivating and pushing you to your limit! Every class is different and each exercise targets different muscles of your body. Each class consists of great music that just pumps you up to keep going. They always have different activities throughout the month like in April they raised money for Parkinson's disease and this month they had a blood drive. Always something to do, always so much fun. So glad I made the decision to join the F45 bridgeland fam. **Update** F45 Bridgeland is still amazing! F45 Bridgeland is like no other. The people and trainers there are extremely friendly and motivating. The class has all types of people from fit to first-timers. Do NOT be intimidated to give it a try, as each workout is in a classroom environment, but with many weight options and modifications available, you will be sure to get a good workout in that is safe and comfortable for your situation. My wife has been going for 15 months and she looks better then she has at any other point in her life. Seriously the best gym around! I started going back in October 2017 and have attended over 330 classes! If you are new to working out or a seasoned vet who wants to try something new - this place is for you. This gym is awesome!! There are two trainers for every class and always someone to help with technique or form. The trainers make sure to get know every member and make everyone feel welcome and a part of the gym. The trainers at this gym go above and beyond than any other gym I have attended! F45 training Bridgeland is a terrific fitness center. I never in a million years thought I would ever wake up at 4 am to prepare to work out at 4:30 am. But I did at F45. The coaches know everyone by name, correct your forms to prevent injuries. You make tons of friends with the same althetic/fitness goals and they become your other family. I've been working out for most of my 51 years and F45 is one of if not the best workouts there is. I wrestled most of my life, I've done CrossFit, P90X, lifting heavy on my own, yoga, boot camps, etc. F45 is the best combo of weight training ( with out crazy heavy max lifts with bad form) and cardio (without the enduranced knee pounding). If you go through the app, you can enable membership card to allow for tap entry. Also put in your wallet so it can be used for amenities throughout, like scanning into the pool area. I checked out the content creator room, the bbl lab and checked out the pool and hot tub. I used the sauna after my workout. So excited to see the new group classes they have on schedule. They have tons of machines for strength training downstairs and cardio upstairs. Also the movie theater with stair climbers and treadmills.
