Aside from weight, my physical strength has increased. Seeing muscles grow and feeling better. Jayson is patient, understanding and positive. Being in a gym like that with other athletes who are "fitter" can be intimidating, but Jayson doesn't make me feel any less and not only does he push me, but he also encourages me. Other trainers seem to be highly motivating and seeing other members getting their sweat on and having fun, is also encouraging.

SN: I never utilized the gym or the app, meal plan NOTHING & Emily was like "Oh Well" The SCAM is advertising on social media a free 6-week workout (to imply they are allowing you to try the gym out) There's NO 1-on-1 it's a group smh. But in All actuality it's a money grab. Mike (the owner) is cool but after I spoke to him & Emily, I left the SAME day called back & said "Never mind, I don't feel comfortable with paying $150/mo and I need my money back on my credit card". REMEMBER it was the same day &They basically gave me the run around even after I returned their key fob. David (who claimed to be a co-owner) stated I would get a refund but the day I returned the key fob they said David is NOT a co-owner as he stated to me on the phone AND he no longer works there. When I asked why he no longer work there Emily stated verbatim "because of reasons like this, giving customers misinformation" WOW! I have recordings & receipts. I HATE I GAVE THESE PEOPLE MY SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER.

I had to go through a zoom call to find this information, and was pretty turned off by how pushy and dismissive the person I was speaking to became when I told him I wasn't going to sign up on the spot and needed time to think it over. The call turned from friendly to awkward/ uncomfortable in my perspective from there.

I've been going hard in training to pass the Air Force ASOS / TACP physical requirements and this recovery method has made a huge difference for me. I'm PR'ing everything at the gym. I also track my light and deep sleep, and the stats from my deep sleep went from about 2.5 hours per night to about 6.5 after partaking in Fire & Ice. How does it work? You spend 3 min in the ice bath followed by approximately 15 min in the sauna. Repeat 3x and do one final ice bath dunk at the end. If you're killing it and feeling run down, check them out and ask for Justin. He'll take great care of you. It's made a HUGE difference for me!
