I've been working out with Jayson Cordero since April. Jayson has been wonderful to work with. He's really dug into helping me lose lbs. It's been difficult but we're getting there. Aside from weight, my physical strength has increased. Seeing muscles grow and feeling better. Jayson is patient, understanding and positive. Being in a gym like that with other athletes who are "fitter" can be intimidating, but Jayson doesn't make me feel any less and not only does he push me, but he also encourages me. My 5 stars go to my trainer Alicia, she keeps pushing me when I think I have nothing left, she doesn't take no for an answer and she wont stop when I tell her to leave me alone but that's exactly what I need and I wouldn't have it any other way! She does look out for me and makes sure nothing is broken when Im doing an exercise that's new and hard for me. I m getting great results in under a month but I have put my all in this. Im excited to see the end result. You get there and they measure your body fat, etc to get you excited and then say that you "qualify" for the program but after going over your application they mention the money part; how you get a discount instead of "FREE" and the total is between $3000-$4000 for 24 weeks which is nothing close to being "FREE" don't get me wrong their ad is working to getting people there but once you're there tell you that you're making excuses and that you NEED to sign up today to better yourself and to get started but ALL OF YOU need to be careful and not let them get you into their place because I and other people can assure you it's not "FREE" False Advertising/Misleading Information when it comes to their social media ad Giving False or Misleading Information is an offence under section 307B of the Crimes Act 1900, which carries a maximum penalty of 2 years in prison. Only been attending this gym since December 2023. We are attending the group classes that we schedule through the MIND-BODY app and the Kory and Kierra (trainers) are good. The only thing is that the music is way too loud can't hear the trainers when they're giving us instructions. The meal preps are good but aren't exact on grams. The equipment could use some work (some equipment may have some tears) but overall it's ok. If you're not sure how to workout or what to do these classes are good. The person whom you see about your results is very busy (on her phone or computer) while she's reading your results and doesn't give you 100% attention. Other than that I'm looking forward for some positive changes on our weight & body. read more

This place is 100% a SCAM. If you see a promotion on Facebook or Instagram offering a free 6 week training course that includes a personal trainer and meal plan all for the business owner to expand their portfolio of success stories and promote their business...just keep it moving. It's absolutely a scam. The business owner, Mike started texting me. I set up an appointment to come in for my assessment. They walked me around the gym, took my measurements, had me fill out an assessment, and Mike ended up taking me upstairs to tell me I qualified for the free program after our "interview" to see if I'd be a good success story. Then, the scam was laid out. He used ALLLL the used-car salesman tactics, asking closed-ended questions, getting you to answer "YES" to all the questions (i.e., do you want a lifestyle change, do you want to feel better, can you commit to an exercise routine, will you commit to meet with your personal trainer, will a specialized meal plan benefit you, etc.), then he asks you if YOU are able to make financial decisions on your own. After that, Mike tells you "the program is only gonna cost $15,000.) Yep. A free 6 week program that was promised is NOT free at all. Why, you may ask? Oh, simple. Mike tells me I'm too out of shape to keep up with the group fitness class, so the free 6 week course wouldn't be a good option for me. When I tell him that I wasn't prepared to make any major purchases like that...it was entirely too much! He tells me I can finance the whole thing and proceeds to do a soft pull on my credit!!!!! WOOOWWW! When I told him I wasn't going to finance anything at that time and that I needed to talk this over with my spouse (a nice way of just letting this guy know I was ready to leave) he attacks my husband, who he doesn't even know, to tell me why would I even bother to ask my husband since he obviously doesn't support me in making healthy decisions! What the actual heck?? This business owner is out of line!! He based this assumption off of intake questions and brought another person into the conversation who has nothing to do with my fitness, but EVERYTHING to do with finances. This is my spouse, after all. When he realized I didn't appreciate his tone or assumptions, he proceeds to tell me he's just trying to be a good, tough coach and not sugarcoat things for me. An absolutely idiotic assumption to think he's a coach to me at all at this point - we've known each other for 10 minutes dude. He then proceeds to tell me he can just knock off a few things off the program like a supplement and vitamin routine and some other personalized things and then go from "guaranteed results in 12 mos" to results in 6 mos...all for the low, low price of $7,000. Ridiculous! I had to listen to his used-car salesman tactics for another 15 minutes. I should've walked out and left, but I was actually trying to work on a fitness goal at this point. It wasn't until he continued to fat-shame me and tell me I was basically going to die if I didn't commit to his program that I was ready to leave. Mike accused me of "making excuses" when I didn't want to pay $14K or $7K and I did NOT want to take out a medical loan to finance the cost either...he was literally trying to approve me for a loan on the spot. I was reallllly annoyed with having wasted my time driving to a rough neighborhood in Northside, all to be fat shamed and have my husband's character attacked...all for something I was told would be FREE for 6 weeks. When I told him I wasn't going to pay for anything right then and there and that I was going to head out. He told me "yeah, I'm sorry, I'm not going to be the right coach for you...thank you for your time." Like, he thought he was kicking me out of his office LOL!!!! I reached for the paper with my intake questions and my responses that I wrote, as well as his notes about pricing and he told me I couldn't take the paper with me because he is deciding not to work with me. What an immature thing to say and do. These losers just texted me again this weekend to "see if we can work something out" and start a program with them. This business is the absolute worst. Mike certainly isn't doing this company ANY favors. He's totally dense, inconsiderate, and had the audacity to tell me he is married and doesn't need to ask his own spouse about spending "that kind of money." Don't join this gym, they tried to breach our contract in an effort to keep my $6,000 & lock me into their program. link to a voice recording (Bottom of review) of the owner trying to corner me into staying in the program (he comes in around the 2:45 min mark). This gym is the most disgusting place I have ever been to. Do not pay attention to the good reviews a lot of these people have been manipulated. I signed up for a consultation for the FREE 6 Week program that was offered. Yet, I was harassed to sign up for a membership for 6months for over $2,000 by David the co-owner. He tried to make me believe that this gym was my only option to fitness and me being a college student he tried his best to take advantage of me after I told him several times I did not come to sign up but to learn more information about the gym. He insisted for over a hour for me to sign up and even took my student ID card until I signed. He kept asking for my bank information as well. After we discussed a budget that would possibly work for me as a college student I signed (BIGGEST MISTAKE). However, within a few hours I came back to cancel because I felt like I was pressured and it was a uncomfortable situation and if it took that much effort for him to harass me the business would not be beneficial. When coming back he proceeded to tell me to get my ass in the gym and workout. I continued to tell him that I was not going through with the program after thinking about the price and my budget and I did not appreciate how he had treated me. I followed through with canceling my membership and David walked away. Yet by the morning I was alerted to -$125.99 on my account from a gym I never even used and had canceled within a couple hours. These people that work here are the most unprofessional people and obviously are desperate. Trust me when I say this business will not be lasting much longer. They do not care about you and your health but rather how much $$ you are putting into their business. This is the last place you want to workout at. I had signed up on a Facebook promotion for a 45 day free gym pass. They send you multiple text messages reminding you of your appointment and stating if you miss the appointment you cannot qualify for the "45 day free program" again. When you arrive they have you fill out two pages of information including why you would be right candidate to receive the "45 day free program" with them. After that they weigh you and do a body fat analysis. And then they come up with a six month program for you that cost $7000. Which they will gladly finance over an 18 month period. Really?!? They expect their clients who do not have $7000 to go in debt by financing a 6 month gym program and then pay for it an additional year after? When you say no, the owner presents you with another program for you that costs $5000. When you say no to that offer, he presents you with several other programs ranging from $1200-$1500. The owner tries to justify the cost of the programs with their money back guarantee. But how can you trust a company that has just pulled a bait and switch on you? Again, it's total bait and switch. f you are reading this, RUNNNNNNNN!!!! This place is DISGUSTING and completely DISHONEST for what they do to people. A few weeks ago I came in to this gym with good faith of heart to join a free 6 week PT program that was advertised on Instagram. Once I got there, I spoke with David who was extremely pushy and pretty much harassed me to sign up for a 6 month personal training program that was stupid expensive, the whole advertisement online is a scheme to get people to come in and intimidate them with intense pressure to join. The price started off at $7,000 for 6 months of PT which is absurd!! So he kept dropping the price after I kept on declining. As much as I hate to admit to this, I was very hesitant but decided to give it a try after feeling extreme pressure and intimidation from David, but instantly regretted this decision. After only 2 days I went back in to speak with David to attempt to opt out. He told me that was not an option (AFTER ONLY 2 DAYS), and I could either take advantage of the program or risk getting sent to collections. I continued to argue about opting out since it had only been 2 days and the PT he assigned to me initially did not provide any real communication or went over the nutrition consultation promised. He apologized and agreed to assign me a new PT and then proceeded to go over the nutrition consultation. I kept asking for a copy of my contract and he had this other guy named Julian or something like that send me the copy of it through a screenshot while David reviewed the nutrition consultation with me. At this point, I realized I was stuck so I went home and read over the contract. The contract states that I am not able to opt out AFTER I am given the nutrition consultation. When I went in to request wanting out, he said that opting out of the program was not an option, but the contract states it is not doable AFTER being given a nutrition consultation which had not been done until I went in to request wanting out. This man here took complete advantage of the situation and trapped me right before my eyes and then gave me the contract only to find out I could've gotten out of it if I had and examined the contract before allowing him to go over the consultation with me. You think I didn't realize that shady trick you pulled DAVID but I did and I sure am getting my lawyer involved, and have already filled a complaint to the office of attorney general and BBB. Ohh, ANDDD to top it off, when I ignorantly decided to finance this program, I was told no interest would be charged for 18 months. LOL jokes on me and anyone else that crosses paths with this place, save yourself a huge headache and RUN!!!!!!!!!! Once I got home and did my research and talked with many other gym rats, they told me the program was completely undoable. when I went to cancel he gas lit me and made me feel like the struggles I've had in my life were because I quit things I start. now I'm fighting for them to cancel a 1000$ charge to my credit card. Even after I cancelled witnin 24 hours of signing and read the contract stating "once the buyer has gone through the nutrition consultation, there is no way of receiving are fund. The client wilkep al thematerials received(nutrition plan, grocery list, online membership, accountability group, cookbook, at home workouts and eating outguide)." All I had was a consultation so I am able to cancel due to THEIR contact. highly recommend you stay away from this gym and any other gym linked to the owner. Beware of this business. They reel you in with "Free 6 week transformation" advertisements, only to try and sign you up for a 6 month program that totals $6,000+. Co-Owner David Laws said I could "borrow the gym's money" instead of directly telling you that you are applying for a medical loan through a 3rd party credit agency. I was denied the "loan" on my cellular device during the consultation and owner David Laws fraudulently input false information in his device, claiming I made 6x more monthly income @ a job I hadn't worked at for over 2 months, to get me approved so the gym could receive the $7k. After 2 weeks Of trying out the program I wanted out. Co-Owner Michael Torres denied my request saying I only wanted to quit because, "I wasn't seeing immediate results." Only the owners are allowed to cancel the Medical Loan. I filed formal complaint with loan company and got my money back. Mike Torres had tried contacting me back after denying my request, saying that he would cancel loan only if I paid for the trainers hours spent with me $300+, I denied. Don't advertise a Free Program if nothing about it is free. Thank you to friendly Trainer Robert for the few sessions but overall in my opinion the program is not worth $1,000/month plus the additional purchases for "required" supplements, meal preps, etc. read more

Unfortunately, my experience here wasn't a good one. I am disappointed with the lack of accountability and professionalism displayed by the owner Mike. The false advertising on an Instagram post had me there thinking it was FREE, only to find out there is NO SUCH THING! They try to sell you on the trainers, food plans, supplements and "accountability" but in actuality they want you to finance fitness plans with ridiculous interest rates of 25.99% when you are not able to pay the plans in full. If you choose not to pay this, the alternative offer is a $1000 6 week plan created by Mike himself. My challenge was to gain 6 lbs of muscle in 6 weeks which he guarantees you will meet with their program of course but when you don't, you loose all of your money. Once I later researched I learned that on an average you can gain 1-2 pounds per MONTH. It seemed as though the program wasn't created for me to reach my goal within that time frame. My assigned trainer/accountability partner Karen showed no care in helping me achieve my goal. She never followed up with me weekly during the process of this challenge. I was told to attend high intensity workout classes that were counterproductive. I also had to consistently bother trainers for my weekly stats and basically train myself the entire 6weeks. As a matter of fact, the first time I spoke with Karen in person was the day my challenge ended. However, Matthew (one of the trainers) was so kind to answer my questions, help with trainings and provide feedback. Korey was also nice and I enjoyed his group trainings. The suggested supplements that I was required to take made me feel sick to the point that I did not have an appetite. When I told them they offered no solution to better assist me. At the end of my challenge, I was told that I didn't meet my goal by .2 lbs and that I lost the money invested but it could be used as a discount for a $3500 package. I was devastated. All in all, I would only recommend this gym for working out purposes. The owner comes across as a money hungry person who doesn't truly care about you reaching your fitness goals. Don't fall for the scam. Do your research prior to committing to any program and don't allow their pressure to move you forward prematurely. I highly recommend researching the supplements before using them as well. Even though I have been consistent with working out prior to the challenge I must say this experience showed me how much I could push myself beyond what I thought. I just expected everything that was stated to be included in the program and get what I paid for. read more

John the trainer is amazing!! He listens to what you want to accomplish and goals. He pushes you and believes in your goals, just give it your 100%! Awesome gym and great work outs whether you do group classes or meet with a personal trainer. I've had 2 trainers since starting, Vince and Cam, and both have been great to work with and make it fun to show up. There's group classes at different times of the day and Cam has even sent me personalized work outs for me to do at home when something comes up and I can't make our in person session. I also just ordered from their meal plan which looks amazing and will make my life 100 times easier. Only thing I would change is that it's definitely pricey so I just wish it was more affordable so I could continue with the program long term. read more

They try to get you with their 6 free week challenge or whatever but then they tell you it was just a catch and not actually free. Don't get me wrong im sure they are good and do help out but when I told him I couldn't do it yet the owner completely ignored me and tried to just talk to my boyfriend. And then when we left he only shook my boyfriends hand and I reached out my hand to shake his hand and he didn't shake it . Lol work on your costumer service skills sir. That was so rude MIKE. So we ended up not taking it bc he lied to us. I would recommend smaller growing gyms or personal trainers that are still growing not this place . By far the best gym I've ever joined!! The trainers are all very hands on and see you as someone who has taken that first step to achieve a better lifestyle. And from then on they are with you every step of the way telling you, "you can do this" and somehow convincing you that you can even when your brain is heavy on the defense aha.
