But this one is just perfect for me, it's close by, has a very cool vibe, and is not overcrowded! Danielle is amazing as well! I have been a member of Facet Seven for about 2 years now. I previously was working out at home and…read moretrying out different studios on ClassPass. Instantly when I started taking classes at Facet Seven I appreciated the community and friendliness at the front desk, members, and the instructors as well. I mainly take Stefani's barre, yoga, and ABC class but also have enjoyed HIIT and strengthcon with Emma. Stefani is a bright light and makes working out so fun but also challenging. Emma similarly looks to challenge but is also motivating and provided me modifications when needed with an injury, looking out for me when I didn't realize I could re-injure something without even knowing. The gym has a variety of equipment but is on the smaller side, so it's easier to see and get to know regulars in your class but also meet new people. Highly recommend!

My home PF location does not have a wellness pod and it's worth it. I also have a gym membership with another higher priced gym but keep PF in rotation because it's great for an in and out get core weights knocked out and done, in/out style. The AC also went out for a period of time, but it has been fixed recently after a few days of being shut down for repair. Honestly, it's a cool gym for beginners, and maybe intermediate gym-goers. They've already changed staff a bit and now one of the gym managers is an inexperienced young lady. Not very strong with customer service and problem solving. I would suggest a more seasoned team member for difficult situations. Also note, they charge a $15 late fee beginning a day after the due date if payment is not received. No grace period and you will be turned around at the door if you have a balance. Other gyms would allow you to make a payment at a later date if not available at the time of check-in, but not at this particular location. Just a heads up. There was a huge misunderstanding with my account that unfortunately wasn't resolved by management at this location. I was able to get assistance from the front desk at the Humble location. I was told that there were other complaints with the manager, Lucy/Luci (sp?), at my original location. I knew I wasn't tripping lol There is going to be a sports bar opening soon in the same strip center, so I'm not sure how that will change the dynamics of the area and parking, etc. I do recommend a different location if you can.
