The class was hard but also relaxing because it was heated. The instructor was specific and knew her stuff. The class was full but you had to register to get a spot. We had plenty of room to spread out. I attend several life time locations and this one is close to work. The app is super convent and allows you to look for a specific class, locations and instructors. The facility is beautiful , well maintained and the gym environment is lively and energetic which helps motivate you.

The equipment is not well kept and the people working out there can care less if slamming the machines will cause damage or not. I tried to take the yoga class and couldn't stand the bad smell in the class. People sit in the equipment scrolling through social media instead of working out. The restrooms are often dirty at the pool area. The end point for me was to see this guy who had an open wound in his lower leg walk in the pool. That was too much. I grabbed my son and left for good. It is sad to see what happened to this place. Nobody is there to monitor. Yucks. For the price that I was paying, I can go to Equinox and not deal with these issues.

I went to a body combat class, which is like kickboxing with Janelle. Very energetic and upbeat. I enjoyed the class. Also attend the dance vibe class with Kami and it is super fun too, it's on Monday and Thursday night. The gym is clean and have all the amenities of a big box, more expensive gym. I love the fact they have an outdoor area to simulate working out in the backyard. They also have massage chairs and cryo loungers too. I am excited to take more classes here.

I joined EOS after moving from about an hour away to the Humble/Atascocita area…read more I loved my precious gym for many reasons, but unfortunately they don't have locations in this area. One of the main things I loved, was their $10/month option! I didn't even need to try out other gyms, because once I actually tried it out, I instantly loved EOS. The sign up process was a little rocky, but it was short lived so they won't lose points for that. I filled out the online application for a 7 day trial pass which was easy enough, then I began getting texts messages from the gym coordinating my first visit with one of their staff members. I stated I go very early around 5am in the texts, but then when I arrived I was told the person who was meant to show me around doesn't get there until 5pm and that's what they thought I meant. No biggie but I clearly stated my time. Anyway after that everything has been great. The gym is nice and spacious, clean, and has just about everything I could think of / like to use. They even have one or two machines I've only seen here. I love how many incline/adjustable benches and squat / deadlift platforms they have. I have yet to not find one when needed, but again I go pretty early. I really like that their dumbbells go up to like 150lbs if I remember right! They have lots of paper towel / cleaning stations which is nice, and their locker room has a sauna. They have other areas I haven't checked out but I am there for the weights / cardio equipment. To access the gym, you need the app with your login information to access a barcode that must be scanned to pull up your membership which is easy. I will say when I go in the evenings around 5-6pm for extra cardio, the gym is PACKED and parking is a pain even though they have a spacious parking lot. I am enjoying my workouts at this gym!

I have been at this gym for the better part of the year and a half and when I first started, it was…read moreone of the best gyms I had been to. Which is why I stepped around for so long, however, being a former combat veteran I have injuries that require special equipment that was a bit bulky that corporate made a clear to not have gym bags on the floor, I had made a special arrangement to use a smaller bag to house my equipment about the size of a gallon water bottle so it would "be out of everybody's way". They do have a sign that says to "refrain" from having bags on the floor. A recommendation, not a hardcoded rule. Regardless with my drawstring gym bag underneath the equipment, I was working out on. I had a manager come up and asked me to put everything away. This makes it especially difficult as I have to walk back-and-forth between the locker room to use different assisting equipment for my injuries. I explained the arrangement I had with the previous manager and she instead rather sarcastically told me it doesn't matter that corporate is coming down hard. I am not one to argue so I did oblige and since I paid for the membership, I will be leaving and going back to lifetime fitness after my membership fees are completed here. I highly recommend you do not work out here or start a membership here as they are way overpriced for mediocre equipment and any requests take absolute months to fulfill. As a disabled combat veteran I should not have to walk back-and-forth every time I change an exercise to grab assisting equipment to support said exercises. Based on the rather brash and rude interaction with this manager, I will be contacting the BBB based on the context of the sign, being a combat veteran, and the strife it causes me, including that there are bigger problems than gym bags on the floor, such as continuously, drop weights, misaligned equipment, and un wiped down surfaces. Do yourselves a favor and instead of paying for the membership here, just go ahead and go to lifetime fitness because for the membership fee, you will pay here, you will have access to two gyms instead at lifetime Please see the sign below. If this is a rule, then anybody that is dropping equipment, not wiping anything down, or not re-racking their weights should have a stern talking to just like I did. But I don't see any of that happening.
