The knowledge and expertise of the technicians has always impressed me. They work with care and precision and the steps they take are always thorough. Most recently I bought a 28-year old vehicle down South that is structurally in fine condition but had suffered from decades of minimal maintenance. Over this past year an engine issue has been fully resolved and safety-dependent suspension items were diagnosed, discussed fully with me in advance, and professionally repaired. I believe that "you get what you pay for" - there are shops with lower labor rates and fewer equipment to aid the techs. The quality of the work is worth every dollar.
