I took it home and when I assembled my model , it turned out one of the components was damaged (near the wires that were soldered) It cost $50 for a new one and they said that they weren't at fault and turned me down. Hey bud, if you don't like your job THEN LEAVE. Everytime i have gone in there even with my pregnant wife I feel uncomfortable. And i see the way other customers are treated. Customer service is garbage but for 1 guy making it worth the trip. The value and pricing of parts should be lower due to the weak a** customer service. I am not the first nor the last to have this issue. Let's keep the hobby alive! No reason to kill it with salty a** people. This is as far as I go out of respect to the owner. But do not expect a friendly experience with RC's here.

When my grandson liked WW2 planes the person (I don't want to say salesman since there was absolutely no pressure or upselling) explained the different types of planes. Also he recommended which ones for a beginner modeler based on size and number of parts. Very helpful. Plus I called for a question when he started painting. The question was answered right away without having to be transferred to another person. So very helpful in that store. I'd like to also click on value but they only let me select service and selection.

I have done business with a wide variety of suppliers and Reynolds is now my top choice for materials. They just know their stuff when it comes to making something. With casting materials and mold materials there are so many choices from so many suppliers it can be a challenge at times to find the right path to get the results you want. Laurie at Reynolds in Tempe just has it down where the guess work is at a real minimum. Not every project or job is a 1,2,3, to finish operation, so anything that takes out the error and saves you money is a bonus in my book and Reynolds does just that. Oh yeah, be ready to gawk for a while if you're a creator, because your choices and tools available at Reynolds far exceeds many of the suppliers I used while working in Hollywood.

When this store first opened, and for a couple years after, it had a great selection of board games. Almost two short aisles worth. There used to be a lot of titles to look at. They even had Kickstarters if I remember correctly, Just went in there the other day looking to buy, and walked out in less than three minutes. They have practically NO BOARD GAMES ANY MORE. They had a skinny, double-sided book case display with games, probably about 15 titles (and all small games at that) . Yep, that's it! The place has miniatures for skirmish like games coming out their ears if you're into that. I don't know what happened. Clearly their customers are not board gamers. If you're looking for board games then try the Walmart across the street. I guarantee they will have a superior selection. Better yet go to the Gaming Goat up in north Mesa or Athoria Games in Tempe.
