Unlike some of the businesses we'd contacted, he did more than pop his head into our attic space and give us a cost. He carefully examined our attic space so that he could not only gauge how much insulation we needed but also how to best air seal the attic to increase the insulation efficiency. His final quote for the project was reasonable, and we arranged for a date and time for the project to occur. Not only was the crew on time, they completed the project as promised and were respectful of our living space, doing their best to minimize attic dust and grime from escaping into the main floor where we live. Thank you, Francisco, and your crew for completing the project on time, as promised. Your professionalism and commitment to seeing a project through successfully speaks volumes about your business. I wish you all the best and have already recommended you to other people I know who are in the market for home insulation.

That is true and you have found the pros right here. I asked for an estimate via yelp, got a reply in less than an hour that was extremely reasonable. Juan wanted to look at the job, which required a drive to Idaho Springs - and gave me a price that was actually a bit lower than the yelp estimate (nice surprise). The family based installation group showed up a few days later, exactly at the time arranged and did a really fast job. They left exactly ZERO mess! I looked into the attic and it is a an insulation-orama!! A quick check of energy usage at my thermostat shows that this job will pay for itself very quickly. So glad I had this done, and just as glad i contacted Denver Insulation to do it. They made it so easy - and doing it myself would have been a HUGE PITA. So very much worth it. Thanks Juan and family for your prompt professional work. I'm giving my highest recommendation for this company.

Absolutely horrible customer service and a very disappointing experience…read more During an energy audit, my hardwood floor was damaged. I also discovered that the technician moved my security camera from the window to a table without asking. This was captured on my security footage. When I raised these concerns with management, I felt they were dismissed. The manager told me he believed the technician's account over mine despite the video I provided. I also informed him that I intended to leave an online review. During our conversation, he responded by saying, "I'll sue you for defamation." And, " I can't wait to see everyone on Reddit laugh at you" That response made me question whether customers feel comfortable leaving honest negative reviews after receiving that kind of warning. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. I encourage anyone hiring these contractors to have security cameras and to document the condition of their home before and after service. In my opinion, moving a customer's security camera without permission is a serious security concern. Xcel's website has a list of companies you should use I'll provide a list below.
