I then received the attached response offering a completely different explanation than before. Rather than acting with integrity, the business elected to tell a lie, as the project was likely not lucrative enough for them. I made no reference to my budget, but the business assumed I would not be interested in paying their prices. I would like to offer a two-star rating, though, as the communication was quite prompt.

I literally don't want to go into any more details due to the fact I feel there will be retaliation from them if they know my information. Avoid this company at all costs.

We had 1800 sq ft to play with and was able to finalize a design within our budget and stuck to it! During the construction, the team was extremely efficient and got all the work done quickly. They were extremely nice to work with and constantly kept us involved at every turn to make sure we were happy with the work along the way. (I'm a control freak so this was greatly appreciated).
