I live in a two story townhouse with horizontal sliding windows upstairs, and a sliding glass door, a garden window off the kitchen and a large high window downstairs. Miguel came with Paul and they did a thorough cleaning of all the screens and windows inside and out. They were careful and meticulous and the price was very reasonable. I have a second-story condo with a very large bay window and several extremely high windows in vaulted ceilings that are difficult to access. I wasn't sure they would even be possible to clean, but Angel and his team handled everything professionally and with incredible attention to detail. They arrived on time, were courteous, respectful of my home, and took great pride in their work. Every window is now crystal clear--inside and out--and the difference is remarkable. They didn't rush the job and made sure every piece of glass looked perfect before they finished. What impressed me most was their professionalism, expertise, and commitment to quality. It's rare to find a team that genuinely cares about doing the job right, and it shows in the final result. If you're looking for a trustworthy, highly skilled window cleaning company, I cannot recommend Angel and Bright View Window Cleaning highly enough. I'll absolutely be using them again and recommending them to friends and family. Thank you both for the exceptional work!

I hired ASF Clean Team for gutter cleaning and repairs. The service agreement included cleaning the…read moreentire gutter system and flushing/testing the gutters and downspouts. After the service was completed, I observed debris remaining in multiple sections of the gutter system and took photographs documenting my concerns. Based on what I observed, I did not believe the entire gutter system had been fully cleaned as described in the scope of work. I contacted the company on the day of the service and requested a follow-up visit. Although a return visit was discussed, it ultimately never took place, and my concerns regarding the completeness of the cleaning were never fully addressed. Because of this, I did not feel the work fully matched my expectations for a complete gutter cleaning. To be fair, ASF did perform significant work, including gutter repairs and cleaning in other areas, and the company ultimately worked with me to reach a mutually agreed resolution of the matter. Future customers may wish to inspect the gutters carefully after service and document any concerns promptly.

The lady apparently looked up that job and said "Yes, I have found it so being your home has the approximate same windows and square footage, your price will be $170. We arranged to have service done on June 16 at 3:00 pm but by 3:45 there was NO show, NO call, or NO text! We called the listed phone number and again spoke with the same female as before who apologized profusely. We rescheduled for early morning time on July 4 and a worker showed up as expected. After telling the cleaner that the skylight was not part of the job, he began unloading equipment from his pickup. Then . . . I receive a text stating the price would be $230!!! I then spoke to the same (previously nice-sounding) female who said, "Your neighbor's house was one story; yours is two". I adamently expressed that the other house was also a TWO story with same window quantity and to cancel the job! Ahead of EACH time slot, we spent over an hour moving furnishings away from windows and laying down tarps in order to have an environment in which the cleaner could work without fear of damaging a customer's property. Extremely outraged and disappointed! If anything, we expected a discount after being stood up the for the first appointment with no communication!
