We just had 2 giant Pine trees removed yesterday with AA tree &shrub. THEY WERE AMAZING !!! So organized, professional quick and safe. They are extremely hard working guys who know what to do . I made an appointment for an estimate and on that day I knew this was the right company as soon as CJ came out of the car and introduced himself. He was so courteous , knowledgeable and professional , he answered all my concerns and some of my ridiculous questions (and didn,t make me feel foolish).If you ever need Tree removal or other needs We highly suggest this Company. Alfredo and his men have done a terrific job for us on two occasions. The first was after a mini-burst left a 12 ft high pile of huge branches in our back yard in Marblehead. He came right away, cleaned up the mess beautifully two days later, when every other tree person in Marblehead was offering to come in two weeks. That same tree then needed to be removed. He and his men, for a very decent price, came as scheduled, worked extremely hard, did a fantastic job of taking down a huge old maple tree that was almost inaccessible. His men did it all by climbing with ropes and cutting, They were extremely professional and careful - not a thing was damaged with huge limbs and trunks falling down. We hired AA Tree & Shrub Service for our 11 unit association in June 2019 to trim the shrubs, cut one huge (40 ft tree) and prune trees 4 ft off the building. There were a few hiccups in scheduling the job, but when the team arrived they finished a huge project in a little over half a day, including digging out two stubborn and hard shrubs that were next to the gas line and needed to be treated with care. I used Eddie and his crew to take down some large branches from a neighbors tree that were hanging into my yard and blocking sunlight. The neighbor didn't want anyone on his property and didn't want any debris in his yard as a result of the trimming (he was a jerk). Anyway, Eddie and his team were absolutely fantastic and professional. They managed to get the large branches down without setting foot in the neighbors yard or distributing his property. We have been using AA Tree & Shrub Service for the past 5 years. The owner is very easy to work with and his crew are wonderful. They are respectful, efficient, hard-working and clean. They do exactly what you ask them to do and are reasonably priced. We have used them for cutting down trees, trimming and planting shrubs, spring and fall clean-up every year along with edging the entire yard and putting down bark mulch. I was able to point out exactly what we needed and the price was very fair. They also knew which type of tree could be pruned, and which had to wait. They took down a dead tree between my house and my neighbors. I never even knew they were there if I hadn't noticed the tree was gone. Not a scrap of wood or any debris whatsoever. AA came today and cleaned up a lot of dead and low hanging oak tree branches. Some were 10-12 feet up, but many were 20-30 feet up. They did a quick and wonderful job, and left our property spotless at the end. read more
