I agreed to the quote and was told they would come to do the job. After that, they vanished. No show, no call. I tried to reach them a couple of times, but my calls were never answered. I noticed ASAP Tree Care working in the area and also received a recommendation from a friend, so I gave them a call for an estimate. I got a prompt callback with a scheduled site visit. When the owner arrived, he assessed the tree's condition and provided a verbal estimate on the spot, which I later approved. He followed up with a written estimate, and payment was due upon completion--no deposit required. During our conversation, he mentioned multiple times that he was a retired Marine, and it was clear he took great pride in that. On the day of the job, he ran into some traffic delays but gave me a heads-up, which I appreciated. When he arrived with his crew, they brought an aerial bucket truck and a wood chipper, making quick work of removing the tree. While there, he also pruned another tree about 20 feet away. The cleanup was excellent--the site was left in better condition than he found it. I even had him head to another property down the street to trim a tree there. Impressively, both jobs were completed in under two hours. His professionalism, efficiency, and fair pricing really stood out. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend ASAP Tree Care to anyone in need of tree services.
