They told me that there is a possibility of the screen cracking if they replace the charging port and battery and can replace the screen too but there will be an additional charge. I told them to go ahead and fix it. They were able to change out the charging port and battery without cracking the screen, saving me the extra charge of that. Now my phone works like new again. It took them 1 day turnaround time to have everything done. Very happy to have gone with them.

Even the prices that are $160 and all the way to $125 is that the people that repaired the phone for those prices, will not give you a straight answer to: "is it LCD or OLED? " Their replies for $130, $140, to even $160 is that it's "premium" beware LCD screens will use up more battery and the colors on your screen will be off. My phone was losing battery when it was charging or even not used, (all apps closed) When the repair was done. I asked the owner why did billed me for such a good price, and even threw in a free tempered glass screen protector? He responded back honestly. Because business is slow and I rather make something rather than nothing. RESPECT!! He asked a few questions to make a diagnosis and had me check the battery health of my phone in the settings. After doing so he explained to me my best option would be to replace the battery. At this time I was given the option to have him order the part or order myself. I opted for him to order the part. Immediately I was sent an invoice where the bill was allowed to be paid upfront without hassle. I paid the part bill and the service bill and received an immediate receipt via text also. I was communicated with during the entire process. I was sent a message that the battery had arrived. He worked with me for my hectic schedule and service was under an hour. Upon walking into the shop I was greeted with a kind smile, the store is organized, clean and experienced great customer service.
