However, I have to call into question the consistency in quality from technician to technician. I went in today with a scheduled appointment. They knew that I was going in for a pedicure and a fill. The technician who did my fill rushed like I've never had another technician rush at in style I was very disappointed. I showed her a couple of areas where there was damage to the nail that I needed her to fix. It seems as though she just tried to glaze over what was very obvious and visible to me. It was pretty disappointing the way she filed. It does not look like a professional did it. Phan did my pedicure and did a good job. But again, not consistent from the last time I saw her. She left my polish dull after the massage and did not apply cuticle oil. Overall, this place is pretty hit or miss. You can absolutely take your chances. Roll the dice and you may have a good experience... or a not so good one!

This place is clean, my tech opened a new set of tools when he started my pedicure. Both techs are detailed and take their time doing pedicures and manicures. They are also welcoming and respectful. My mom is Spanish speaking only and they make every effort to communicate with her and make sure that her wants were met. The lady working had her husband take off my nails for me (they were overgrown and already 2 months). I asked to do a soak to take it off, but he's like it's gonna take too long, so he used an edge of a file to go in between my fake nail and real nail to take it off. You can see damage on my real nail. But idk how much a soak would have saved..... I mentioned my pinky nail was partially broken so they were careful and good on that though I told the husband I wanted full cover nail. He says he got it. But when he was done filing my nails, he just put a nail tip on the edge of my nails and then put acrylic powder on top. I don't like this way bc taking it off damages my nails more than gel x. On top of that, I asked for almond shaped nails.... Idk what he did but it was not almond, like oval. I was like you know fuck it it'll be ok And then he goes to try to make designs on my fingers... bro could not even do a diamond, he made it look like a dome shape. I asked him to redo it 4-5 times and he was getting visibly annoyed bc of him muttering Viet under his breath. And the design asked for polka dots. omg when he finished the first time, I was APPALLED by how he was like "ok, good?" LIKE i would have looked at the work and be like oh ok this looks like shit I better redo it. I get that polka dots can be hard to do but holy shit, I wish I took a picture bc it was so monumentally bad. Thankfully he got so frustrated, he asked his wife to do my nails. She saved sort of saved them in a way where I was okay paying $65 for the work they did. I wanted 3D work done on my nails but they couldn't do it bc 1. Nails were too short 2. I watched them try putting it on and it just rolled right off In the end, they couldn't really do the design I wanted, but something relatively similar but it's ok. I'm glad I paid less bc ain't no way I think this place is just good for easier paint and go, don't ask for intricate design.

He was very friendly, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire appointment. He gave me one of the best pedicures I've had in a long time. But I'm pretty easy-going with my Nails so kind of let her just do her thing. I noticed my nail was filed crooked and asked her kindly if she could just fix it.. She actually had the audacity to blame my finger for being crooked.. I have been in the beauty industry 20+ years., I have my nails done regularly for the last 20 years, my nail bed is not crooked. My finger is not crooked. Instead of fixing it, she decided to yell at me and say that it was my finger and not her fault and she couldn't fix it. Instead of continuing the argument, I asked for someone else to take over because I could not deal with the attitude or lying that my nail and finger are crooked.. another nice nail tech named Venus actually fixed it and took over. I would avoid this place because no one deserves to be yelled at or blamed for the mistake of the technician. Venus repeatedly apologized for the other girls mistake. The technician works on station six and seven.. they said her name was Linda, but I doubt it. I probably will not be returning to this place and decided not to get other services done for me and my daughters even though we live just a mile away.. I should've taken notice of the three star reviews left on Yelp. In this industry, it's not OK to blame customers or think that you could yell at them just because you don't wanna fix a mistake YOU made.
