Roberto showed up on time, even messaging when he was on his way, listened to my concerns, and took a look around our basement. I was relieved to find out that it did not appear as if we had a big problem, or at least as big of a problem like I had feared, and that he would look outside as well. Once outside, Roberto inspected the house and found the likely point of ingress for mice. It made total sense because the gap in the siding coincided with where the soffit for the ductwork is in the basement. He gave me quotes on the services that were available, ranging from quarterly visits to a one-time sealing of the house, and then gave me some ideas on what I could do to handle some things myself. The service charge was $99, and if you sign up for one of their quarterly services or another one of their offerings, then that service charge is rolled into part of the overall fee. I was super-pleased with that part of the arrangement and I look forward to utilizing their services. Very responsive, easy to set an appointment, and a relatively thorough inspection, all in the span of less than an hour. Great experience!

They asked if we wanted another night to see if others might come. They took the two and left one trap, which netted a baby raccoon. Problem being, no one told us that each time they catch an animal it's another $100 in ADDITION to the $300 up front. Luckily after the raccoon, we said no more. Now we are sent an invoice of $300 more. I find this poor information. ANd they gave us no price list, no paperwork of ANY kind. Beware if you choose to use them.
