Insulation Pros' negligence directly caused the loss of my senior cat, and instead of taking responsibility, the company president, Josie, spent 12 minutes yelling at me, blaming me, and saying she "would have never allowed something like that to happen to her own animals." On March 10, 2025, their workers came to my home for an insulation job. During the process, they left a door open, allowing my elderly, sick cat to escape. Kitty required medication twice a day to survive and has been missing for two days now. She absolutely did not survive. Here's where it gets even worse: * Josie, the president of the company, yelled at me for 12 minutes (which I have recorded) and told me the entire situation was my fault because I "should have known" to put my cat away. * Josie also admits that one of her technicians, Tyler, called Josie at one point and asked if he should secure my cat--but instead of taking any action, they made NO effort to contact me or my property manager to inform us that my cat needed to be put away. * When I confronted Josie, she lied and said they didn't have my contact information--which is completely false, as they had texted me just a week prior. Not only was their carelessness responsible for the death of my pet, but their dishonesty and complete lack of accountability afterward were appalling. Instead of admitting fault and apologizing, they gaslit me, berated me, and tried to cover their tracks. If you care about your pets, your home, or working with a company that values honesty and professionalism, DO NOT hire Insulation Pros. Their negligence cost me a family member, and their response showed they cannot be trusted.

They removed all the old, inadequate insulation, replaced it with 18" of new blown-in insulation (R48!), and even removed an ancient attic fan. They also spray foamed the rim joists around our foundation. From start to finish, the team was fantastic. Kobe, our team leader and person working hand in hand with the entire team, introduced us to Tristan (spend nearly all of his time in the attic getting it done) and Ryan, and everyone was polite, helpful, and professional. They took care to protect our home with plastic sheeting and were incredibly respectful throughout the process. We were especially impressed with their willingness to go the extra mile. We had replaced our attic hatch and asked if they could dispose of the old one. Ryan immediately helped us load it into the dumpster - a huge help for us! Later that day, Tanner and Blaise arrived to tackle the attic fan removal. That thing was massive - seriously, industrial size! Tanner did a great job coordinating the team and ensuring everything was removed and replaced with new batting and netting. The entire crew worked efficiently and diligently from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm on the first day and on the second day it only took about 4 hours to complete the reinstallation process. Roberto showed up on time, even messaging when he was on his way, listened to my concerns, and took a look around our basement. I was relieved to find out that it did not appear as if we had a big problem, or at least as big of a problem like I had feared, and that he would look outside as well. Once outside, Roberto inspected the house and found the likely point of ingress for mice. It made total sense because the gap in the siding coincided with where the soffit for the ductwork is in the basement. He gave me quotes on the services that were available, ranging from quarterly visits to a one-time sealing of the house, and then gave me some ideas on what I could do to handle some things myself. The service charge was $99, and if you sign up for one of their quarterly services or another one of their offerings, then that service charge is rolled into part of the overall fee. I was super-pleased with that part of the arrangement and I look forward to utilizing their services. Very responsive, easy to set an appointment, and a relatively thorough inspection, all in the span of less than an hour. Great experience!

I felt very comfortable not only with his knowledge but with his ethics. After several other bids, we went with Green Factor. This was an entire house job with dry spray in cellulose in the walls and ceiling and foam in the basement and dormer. We have not even put up the sheetrock yet and already notice an immediate improvement on interior temperature (no working HVAC yet) and sound attenuation. They did a wonderful job and based on what it took to install the bathroom faucets I'm really glad that I didn't try to do it myself because I would have failed hard and would have needed an emergency plumber to bail me out. The kitchen sink was never even a possibility for me to install, starting with it weighs 70 pounds and because it's deeper than the sink it replaced literally everything under the sink had to be replaced and re-plumbed completely.
