we had bumblebees in our basement. First, we weren't sure what kind they were, but Pete identified them as bumblebees. The initial charge was $49 and they spent about an hour here trying to find the entry point. They came back out a week later with a Bee expert at no charge. read more

We have used Pete's Pest Control for many years. We are so very pleased with the service we get ... this is the best pest control company that we've dealt with. Technician William Rodriguez is always prompt, courteous, and thorough - which is much appreciated. Pete's Pest Control gives us a call when they are about to treat our exterior and they always ask if we have any issues or concerns. The cost is quite affordable. We highly recommend Pete's for all issues from bugs to mosquitos! read more

We recently bought a house and, given signs of previous termite damage, the seller contacted Pete's to treat the property right after closing. The technician who came out, Hunter Murnan, was great. He was on-time, professional and friendly. He answered all our questions about the treatment and the chemicals used, and even gave us a mini lesson on termites' nesting behavior. We were really favorably impressed and, because of our experience with him, we'll definitely stick with Pete's Pest Control. read more

You can do better. Bought a house and the seller contracted with Pete's to deal with an active termite problem. Danny came out and treated outside with spray. He was supposed to drill the driveway, patio and stoop. He drilled two holes in the driveway, one on each side, not the recommended spacing per pest control guidelines left the holes open and who knows if he bothered to treat them. He attempted to drill two holes in the stop, both over the footings and never got through and just gave up without treating the primary location of the infestation. It took several weeks to get them back out, they did show up eventually but were almost thirty minutes late because he didn't leave early enough to complete the trip from their facility. Naturally, they sent the same lazy tech out that did the work before, and I am giving him the benefit of the doubt that he is just lazy and not an idiot. Eventually agreed to treating things the way they should have been the first time but only because we were standing behind him the entire time to make sure he was actually doing what he was supposed to. To be fair, while watched, he did appear to know what he was doing and seemed to do a good job. It is just frustrating that it didn't happen that way the first time unsupervised. Two stars because it appears that the work eventually did get completed but it was a painful process to get there and was definitely not worth the time and money (which the seller paid, not me, so that should say something). Time will tell how the treatment holds up. I will be having another pest control company coming out to check up on what he did in the next year because I don't fully trust the tech from Pete's, especially if I am not supervising him... Our real estate agent and the sellers agent both commented that Pete's used to be good but it seems they have gone downhill recently. Hopefully they can turn it around but it won't be with me as a customer. read more

Spoke with Sandy on Monday to have appointment and she told me the tech would be out before 3pm it would be a quick treatment. I explained to her I wouldn't be available after 3 she said if he can't make it I would call to schedule for the 19th not i'm scheduling you for tge 19th. After rearranging my day I call about noon to find out its scheduled for next week. After telling the lady that's not the appointment she said she would have her call back & she didn't. So I call back & Sandy response is I talk to alot of people customer service yea ok. Well Pete was a nice guy when I talk to him on Saturday & he told me to leave a message which I did & still had to call on Monday. Not happy time wasted waiting on an appointment that's not scheduled. read more

Prior to purchasing our home, there was termite damage and they hired Petes to come out and treat. We had our own pest guy come out and they find ACTIVE termite damage. I call Pete's and get the runaround how they just 'spot treated' areas they saw damage not the entire house. However, he states they couldn't treat the front door where there was visible damage because the step was too thick, so they just didn't treat it. Which if I am correct is a reason to have their license revoked by the state because they failed to properly treat. So I ask well how come you didn't see the damage before, he said well they create satellite colonies so they can come from other areas, again so why didn't you treat the house correctly. Kept getting excuses and dodges. Going to pay our guy to treat it CORRECTLY and guess what its warranted for as long as we own the home. THANKFULLY, I didn't pay for this the prior owner did so I'm not out that money. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND STAY AWAY FROM PETES PEST CONTROL!!!! read more

Cat at Pete's Pest control has been taking care of our home for a couple of years now. It is great I never see a bug in my home anymore. I live in a early 1900 century home and before we had Pete's come in we had lots of bugs and spiders in our house. Thanks Pete's... Your the best. read more
