We've been using ClearDefense Pest Control for several years now. I believe we may have been one of their first customers. They are extremely responsive and their technicians seriously love their jobs and are concerned about our happiness with the service and their products.  We almost always have the same guy, Dakota!  He is extremely knowledgeable and keeps us informed if he is seeing anything new OR if we can do something to help our situation.  We live in the forest area in Olathe and it's a challenge to get rid of ticks and mosquitos, but what I loved is that Dakota took his time walking through our yard and giving us suggestions about how to help the situation - keep leaves pulled up, etc. SUPER NICE!  I also wanted to give a huge shout out to William (aka Willie) with Clear Defense too. He also services our property and was able to show us the bees burrowing in our deck wood and gave the recommendation to use cinnamon to help deter them from doing it. Thanks so much Willie from Clear Defense... we really appreciate your awesome service too! We also had spider issues and their product has taken care of that issue 100% - I would recommend them to anyone AND especially ask for Dakota to be your personal technician... he goes the extra mile!  Thanks Dakota and Clear Defense! read more

We were already signed up with a local pest control service and paid out for a whole year, but we weren't completely happy. When Jarett, Sales Manager, stopped by our home and started talking about ClearDefense we were curious. The patience he took in walking us through all of the services he could provide, let us know we had to give him a chance. He was passionate. We made an appointment two days later and cancelled our previous pest control service. We made the mistake of scheduling an early morning appointment and Erick, bless his heart, had to wait 10 mins for us to get up. LOL. BUT he was so patient, had a huge smile, was very kind and VERY thorough. He did everything we asked Jarett for and when double checking for our main concern, spider webs and a HUGE wasps nest, they where ALL gone! Top notch, very professional and keepers! Great job ClearDefense! Being business owners ourselves, we can only hope our contractors display the same level of care and professionalism to our customers that you did for us. Thank You!!! After recently cancelling our prior sub-par pest control service, I came across ClearDefense and their stellar online reviews to service our home in KC. After timely and helpful communication online with AJ last week, we determined the service package that we needed (including much more coverage for the same price as our prior service) and they got our initial visit scheduled very quickly. Cydney came out today for our initial treatment today and I could not have been happier with his visit. He was timely, polite, and explained everything thoroughly. He got our whole house taken care of in just over an hour, and he was incredibly thorough. We're excited to get our service started with ClearDefense, especially important to us is the fact that they will come back at any time if we see something around the house. With two little ones in our home, we want to do all we can to keep things safe and healthy. We're looking forward to having our quarterly treatments addressed for our pest and rodent prevention with ClearDefense moving forward! read more

I had a treatment with Clear Defense Pest Control today. They are professional every time they come out. Willie and MK treated my home and property this quarter and they were so thorough. They went through checking behind the refrigerator and cabinets to make sure that if anything needed additional treatment, they would be on top of it. I appreciate their knowledge, attention to detail and the pride they take in a job well done. I can say in the year that I've used this company they have not disappointed me. Retreats are a blessing on the rare instance it's needed. They are quick to book if a rain storm brings additional crawling things around and they are just as great giving the same quality and attention to my home. I can honestly say, in a profession that makes me squeamish, they are champions and I couldn't imagine a better experience keeping my home and outdoor patios free and clear from everything that makes my skin crawl. read more

I had an outstanding experience with this pest control company, and the Technician Willie truly made all the difference. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to thoroughly inspect the situation, explain what was going on in a way that actually made sense, and walk me through the treatment plan without rushing. What really stood out was his attention to detail and genuine care for doing the job right. He didn't just treat the problem, he made sure to address the root cause and gave helpful tips to prevent future issues. You can tell he takes pride in his work and values customer satisfaction. It's rare to find someone so reliable and personable these days. I feel completely confident in the service I received and wouldn't hesitate to recommend both the technician and the company to anyone needing pest control. Truly top-notch service from start to finish! read more

For 6 years I have had good service from Clear Defense, however this year they have decided that they no longer wanted to provide service since I chose not to have them come out in the winter and spray for bugs. Winter is typically not when I associate needing a bug treatment, especially when we had -10 degree temperatures in January . Matt decided I was no longer the type of customer they wanted and continually berated me for not taking service every 3 months. Some years I did take 4 treatments, others only 3. The guys who serviced my home were always courteous and helpful and did a good job. I can no longer recommend Clear Defense if they are not willing to work with the customer. Even though their prices were higher than most others pest control companies who came to our neighborhood I stayed with them when everyone else change. read more

We have been customers for a few years now and were as happy with today's service with Deric as we have been each time, with each technician. Today we needed extra attention inside and Deric put on shoe covers, which we didn't ask for but appreciated because it showed respect for our home. This company not only is great at what they do - pest control - but has a knack for hiring very personable people. One more thing I'd like to point out is that when we were first approached for service we asked about our biggest problem, Boxelder bugs. The salesman was not familiar with them and asked if he could come back after checking with his boss. We appreciated his honesty. This is a great company to do business with! read more

This was my first time using clear defense or any pest control company for that matter. I had been dealing with fleas for 2 weeks p.s Frontline doesn't work! I thought there was no end in sight, fleas on my dog and on me! My technician was Eric, he was very thorough and professional, He went above and beyond to make sure that all of my pest issues were taken care of. He was very informative about All of their services that they were providing and steps that I needed to take afterwards. I work in the service industry as well and I can say from experience that is hard to find good customer service these days I would definitely recommend clear defense to anyone looking for relief from pests. read more

Willie, from Clear Defense was out for routine pest control, and I mentioned my son had called in because we were experiencing some tick and mosquito problems. He said he could take care of that while he was here. Willie was most professional and took the time to ask questions and give advice. After doing his work, he came and explained what he had done and ask if I had any further questions. He was most respectful and would have been gone a few minutes sooner, but the dogs insisted on meeting him and getting a few pats on the back from him. Willie has represented ClearDefense very well. Thank you for being so informative and for a job well done, Willie. read more

I have been using Clear Defense for over a year and about a month ago my daughter thought she saw a flea. I called them and within 24 hours they were back. There are three dogs and three cats so fleas would be a night mare. Not only were they quick to respond to my call, they took ALL THE STUFF OFF THE FLOOR (there was A LOT) and put it on tables and furniture so they could thoroughly treat the floors throughout the house. They did tell me they saw no evidence of fleas and gave instructions on what to do to keep my daughter's baby safe. I am so thankful Clear Defense employees Brett and Charles. I will use this company and many years to come. read more

We just moved to the area and my wife is freaked out by spiders. K'Ron spent a ton of time going around the outside and inside of the house treating for bugs as well as fogging for mosquitos as we've noticed they are way worse here than where we lived before. I also saw a mouse in our garage two days prior and they treated the garage, basement, and outside to catch the little buggers. I'm super impressed with the company and their attention to detail where another company in a different state spent 1/4 the time they did treating our house buy never did much for control. From what I've seen so far, I would definitely recommend this company! read more

Andres and Micah arrived at my house on time and they immediately confirmed the pest control services and locations around my house that were to be treated. I have a few areas around the exterior of my house that I've requested some "special" attention be applied, and Andres and Micah ensured these areas received that attention to my complete satisfaction. They were both very professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of the house and property. I highly recommend the ClearDefense Pest Control business, and I'd be very happy to have both Micah and Andres return again to my house for the next pest control service. Thank you. read more

It's spring and the ants are out in force. Andrew and Matt came out and did a through treatment to eliminate the masses. They were very gracious and did a good job of explaining the different types of treatments they would provide in today's treatment. I have had several different companies come by to persuade me to change and I have tried another because of their claim to cover my 2.5 acres, however that did not work and luckily, I never gave up on ClearDefense. They have fixed my problems and eliminated the flying insects, spiders, and ants. While I understand this is a continual battle they have been doing a great job. read more

David and Aaron were very professional and communicative throughout the entire process. They engaged with our daughter and made her feel included in the whole process! Clear defense has made a huge difference in our household! Since we moved in, we had struggled with a variety of critters ranging from a variety of spiders to house centipedes, and after the first treatment brought the number down significantly! They were also transparent about the fact that we would see other bugs emerge after the spraying, but that it would get better after the second time; which we appreciate transparency. Overall would recommend! read more

Andrew Martinez from Clear Defense Pest Control came out yesterday and performed our quarterly service. He was so professional and easy to interact with on a personal level. Could easily be a family friend. He knows exactly what he is doing at his job and we felt very taken care of. Those wasps, mice, and spiders don't stand a chance this season in our house. I already had a high opinion of Andrew from him answering the phone sometimes when I called into the office. The quality of the technicians Clear Defense hires is off the charts. Andrew is a shining example of that. Thank you SO much! We truly appreciate you. read more

I'm a new customer. Carter was the young man that performed the service for us. It was a pleasure to see a young man that clearly cared about the service he was providing. He was pleasant, well mannered, and informative. He communicated very well as to what he found and what to do if I should have any issues going forward. My previous service left much to be desired and i feel very positive about ClearDefense. I think I've made a good choice with them. And a shout out to Chance. I feel he knows what he's doing and has high expectation of his team. And if Carter is an example, they won't let him down. read more

We have been so happy with Clear Defense. They're always willing to come out to take care of any pests that seem to pop up. This time is was clover mites! What I most appreciate is that they respect our sign, which says not to ring the bell and to text instead, because we have a young child who naps and barking dog. They always call when they're here so our son isn't woken up. Also, they're respectful of keeping our house clean by always putting on booties over their shoes. Willie was so nice and friendly. He said hello to my husband and me, my kids and even gave my dog a pat. Thank you Clear Defense! read more

We had Cam as our technician this past week. My son and his wife live across the street from us. They own both homes. We live in an area with woods all the way around us, thus, plenty of pests! Besides being just a nice person, Cam was so informative about the products , and the company he works for. We have 3 indoor dogs that were of concern for us. Cam was quite thorough teaching us how to make sure our pets were safe. That was a relief to us. Two of our dogs are 15 plus years, so it wouldn't take much to make them sick. Thanks for sending us a professional tech who was more than helpful. read more

I've been using clear defense for a year now. They come quarterly. Super easy and convenient. They schedule the quarterly visits. They send out reminders. It's super easy if you need to reschedule. They do a great job I've not had any problems since using the service. This time Pete came out. He did a great job. Pete was professional and explained what treatment he was applying for the visit. He explained to let it dry for 30 mins before sending my pet outside. All their technicians are always very thorough and communicate throughout the process clearly. Thanks Pete for another great visit! read more
