We hired Tony on Christmas Day to replace our key and program a new fob. We agreed on $250 for one…read morekey and the option to add a second key for $150 (turn key ignition). I even asked if the price was higher due to the holiday, and Tony said it would be the same price any other day. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely frustrating and the job was never completed successfully. Tony struggled to retrieve the key code, and his helper was openly arguing with him and cursing while they tried to figure it out. They even asked if we had the code in our manual. Eventually, they had to leave and go back to their office to get it. There was constant back and forth between Tony and his helper, multiple re-checks of work, and the first key he cut didn't work so he had to cut another. He also couldn't properly assemble the key fob because he didn't have the tool needed to insert the pin and couldn't locate it, so we ended up assembling it ourselves. He was also unable to successfully program the fob. Tony then suggested we just buy the key and fob from him and "maybe another locksmith could program it," saying other locksmiths might have different equipment. The entire visit took about an hour and a half and left us with a key and fob that did not work. Today we called another locksmith who confirmed that both the key and fob Tony provided were bad. He supplied two new key fobs and keys, and our car was running within about 20 minutes. All for $275 versus the $400 Tony quoted. When I politely requested a refund since the service we paid for did not work at all, Tony refused. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend TNT Locksmith.

However, the most common thing I've used them for is to re-key the locks on my home or to get them to re-key a new lock so it will match the rest of my house. However, any reputable locksmith can do that. What makes Goen special is their customer service. On Saturdays, they close at noon. I called them at 11:50 and told them I needed two locks re-keyed and asked if he could do them if I could get there. Daniel told me to "C'mon." Due to traffic, I got there at straight up noon. He had stayed open and waited. In 10 minutes, I was out the door with two matches locks. This type of customer service is why I keep coming back. I encourage you to shop small. Develop relationships with your small business owner. They need the business but in turn, will go the extra mile for you. Bottom line - Fantastic local business with excellent customer service.
