I found out that my unit had been robbed on 11/10. I immediately let the manager know and the response was, "I'm sorry but you are not a priority, if we here anything we will let the police know" Morning Star did not care at ALL. It was devastating to here that after losing over $5000 of collectibles, memories, and hand written letters from my grandfather. The people who stole from my unit ended up going to a local collectible shop and selling some of my items. The pictures attached are of the thief's who sold my stuff. I'm confident that these two broke into my unit and others at this location. This police have not reached back to me and the storage unit has completely stopped communicating. According to other people at the facility they have people living at the storage unit, selling drugs and god knows what else they are doing. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Your stuff is not safe.

Nothing says, "Thank you for being a loyal customer who has always paid on-time, never defaulted, and never violated lease guidelines" like adding an additional $50 to the monthly rent. Unreal. The man at the front desk was incredibly helpful and answered all my questions. I rented the unit immediately after a walkthrough. The manager also was so helpful. This place is very secure and is incredibly clean. We have been to a few other storage places and were not impressed or they had theft problems.
