After they Ransacked through the car looking for contraband they had D & S Tow it to their place. The tow was 390 dollars the fuel surcharge was 129 dollars. And 53 dollars for storing my vehicle for one day . What a fuel surcharge is, is a mystery to me. Because my gas gauge was still at the same level . So grand total, to get my car back was 572 dollars. Please Don't DRINK and then DRIVE . The Service was great, so if I needed to have my car towed , I would call them .

Within 20 minutes Travis called and said he would be there within an hour. He was there in an hour. Popped the linkage to the transmission and my van was rolling and loaded onto the flatbed. We knew we'd have to get it towed to a different shop (not going back to Champion - they didn't fix our problem the first time). The Suburban was stuck in our garage at the bottom of a steep driveway. We explained this to the tow company receptionist and she said she'd get her best guy on it. She was very professional and helpful. Zach came was also very professional and friendly. Despite a challenging situation, Zach got the surburban out of the garage and up the driveway with no damage to the vehicle or garage! Charges were totally reasonable also! Had a great experience. Would highly recommend and would definitely use them again!

Primarily they look for cars to steal. Harsh word, but appropriate. If your business model for profit is to look for mishaps to take people's property and charge an exorbitant fee for them to recover it, it is an ethical crime. Of course, they are only doing their job and wouldn't be able to do this "service" if property managements and other places contracted them for the service. They look for mistakes, hope no one finds the vehicles location in a timely manner to rack up fees and auction them if able too. All the while carrying little for the damage they cause to property, personal effects or the people's lives they damage with their avarice. Reno deserves better.
