I saw they had posted the Tundra on a Monday morning and called them immediately to share I was interested and would like to test drive and purchase. The person noted although it was on the website it hadn't been through inspections m, smogging etc. They informed it wouldn't be available until Friday or Saturday. We setup an appointment to test drive form Saturday at 9am. I called on Friday evening at 4pm and asked if it would available on Sat at 9 because we had an appointment and was assured that it would be available. I show up at 9:10am and the Tundra isn't there and the salesperson doesn't know when it will arrive. We leave and get a call a few hours later indicating it will be available on Monday afternoon we setup an appointment for 4:30pm. Test drive goes well and I share like to buy it. They said they have to detail it and won't be available to pickup until Tuesday. We decided to purchase that evening and the process took over 2 hours (too long for a no haggle dealership IMO). Finance guy comes out and I share I'd like to put $8k in cash down and finance the remaining $15k. He shares that interest rate will be 7 to 8%'with an 800'credit score. I use my cell phone and get pre approved through a credit Union in 4 minutes at 6.15%. I share that with the finance guy and he says he can beat it and I get 5.75%. We go in the finance to sign paper work and count the 8k in cash. He calls in another person because each of us (3 in total) need to count the cash. I count it..she counts it and finance guy counts it we all counted $8k. After getting a receipt and signing paperwork I leave and get a call 10 minutes later and they shared they counted it again an are $100 short. I'm so confused at that point. Next day I arrive at 2pm to pickup and it's not ready for me..After 30 minutes they give me the keys and ask if I brought the extra $100. I shared I was confused as to how the 3 of us counted it and then after leaving they ask for another $100. She responds we miscounted. I asked why the signed off on 8k and provided a receipt. She asks me to wait as she Calls her boss. I wait for 5 minutes and then leave. Meanwhile I see someone bringing a cash counting machine from another dealership..too little too late. Well they didn't call me back. I love my truck but I'd never buy from this dealership again because it was a painful journey.

I saw a hat that popped, Kay came by and asked me if I needed anything. I needed a new phone case, but forgot the make of the mounting bracket, she looked me up and found my original purchase. Then Kay asked if I had rewards, I said probably with my credit card. I was informed of an additional reward program and she helped me set that up. Looks like I can get points for maintenance that I need. Additionally she showed the new shirts with vents, very cool. She showed me a picture of her Softail Slim which is beige, mine is black. Kay was so friendly and provided top shelf customer service.

My experience with this dealership has been frustrating…read more I signed up for the Motorcycle Course, paid $425, 7am-5pm which is 10 hours, on the first day, we were let go EARLY at 2.30PM. I was running 30 minutes late the next day due to a work meeting with the Fire Department, I can't do anything about that and Chris the instructor said I was unfortunately "too late". Even though he let us out 2.5 Hours EARLY the previous day. I spoke with Ollie and gave me an option of just randomly showing up at 7am and cross fingers someone did not show up to class and I take their seat. I am an employed adult. How about make a courtesy space for one and give me a date where I can join the 2nd day of the course instead of me having to wake up at 6am and POSSIBLY snatching a seat, if not, they are just gonna send me home. This is how they treat their potential customers? At the same time I've been spammed by their sales team 3-4 texts a week for an entire month asking to see their showroom when I can't even land a spot to do my 2nd day on the course, I don't even have the license! I am writing this review, already knowing I am highly likely going to take a loss on the $425. The course is designed for unemployed or young adults who have availability all week. I will attempt to go and see if I can snatch a seat before my 60 days is up, but if that doesn't happen, I'll go take the Safety Course on Mather and buy a bike somewhere else. Absolutely ridiculous no one at scheduling can put a name on a schedule and pull out an extra bike. These guys sell motorcycles, I can't imagine that they are so busy they cannot do this and give me a time and place. Especially when they let you out 2.5 hours EARLY then won't let you in if you're 20-30 minutes late with a valid emergency/excuse.

I arrived on time to my 11:30 a.m. appointment and was greeted by Paul. It was extremely busy here... and I feel like "extremely busy" is an understatement. It was packed! Paul looked at my vehicle and told me to wait just inside by his computer. Everyone else on their computers were pleasant and working hard. While the basic oil change is only $129, I opted for the 1st package that includes a tie rotation, tightening of the lug nuts, alignments, and more for $369. Inside, there is a good size waiting area... however, there were a lot of people. Further inside was the show room with gorgeous vehicle's and some tables. I sat over there after I got myself a complimentary coffee. After playing on my phone and using the bathroom... 2 1/2 hours has passed. I found Paul and he went to check on my car. After a few minutes, he let me know he would put the bill together and then I would be off. I liked that they washed my car before I got it back. They even polished up the dash, the steering wheel, and the seats. It looked great! I did find a scratch on my car that was not there before. Paul told me I needed to wait bring it back after his manager got back from some days off. When I did, Paul was there. He took it back for them to look at it so they could try to buff it out. When they couldn't, I was told I needed to have to come back on a day I am normally not available for them to put paint in it, which is only available on Thursdays. Service is phenomenal here. The wait time sucks even if you have an appointment. I think I was there a total of 3 hours, but they have a TV going with snacks and beverages to keep you distracted. The small scratch sucks because it's in a spot I can see everyday and I didn't do it... and I worked so hard to get this car, but since they've offered to fix it, I just need to take time off work and get my butt in there.

Or maybe a lot of people just bring their car in and they don't prioritize the appointments first? My car is having an oil consumption problem and I usually go to my own mechanic for oil changes and what not, but this is something that the dealer needed to handle for me and begin a test to see if my engine can be replaced. I had an appointment at 10:45, for an oil change and a quick recall for theft. I was told an hour and a half and I ended up waiting here for four hours. I am barely going to be to class on time. We already all know that dealerships are a lot more expensive, but taking mine to a local mechanic my oil change costs me about $80 and it's $115 here. I was talking to one woman and she's recommended to not bring it in right at the time of open, but then the worker tells me that that's the quickest availability, if I bring it in at seven, then they get it out a lot faster. I have to bring it back in 1000 miles to see how much my car is consuming, but I genuinely don't know when I can set the time aside if it's gonna be another four hour wait.

Moreover we just didn't use this mode for a good portion of our travels. We made some calls to sell it on consignment. Ultimately we found camping world presented a fair option. We arranged a price over the phone that was subject to onsite inspection. Seemed reasonable enough. We knew our rig was in top condition. Upon arrival we met up with our consignment dude Michael. He present a great dirt impression but we wanted to follow through. After a lengthy inspection we sat down to hash out details. This is where things got sour. Michael low balled us and made up a story that the depreciation was so significant that our price was not achievable. He said even at his price the RV would sit for the 99 day consignment and not sell. It was a horrible time to sell and the new model year would create an all but impossible situation. During the inspection they screwed up the levelers and the alarm was sounding. He said they couldn't fix it and we would need to drive it away with the obnoxious alarm. We ultimately left it there so service could make it right. We picked it up the next day and took it to camping world in Vacaville. Upon arrival it was the most pleasant experience. They took a look at our RV and were extremely happy to be able to consign it. The inspection went well. They told us it would be on the lot the next day at the higher price. We were beyond happy the RV sold at an acceptable price the very next day. I suggest you avoid this place. They're crooks trying to pull off a bait and switch. Michael is the worst!
