The results are genuinely unbelievable. The ceramic coating gave the paint a flawless, glass-like finish that looks better than it did sitting on the showroom floor. The PPF installation is absolute perfection--they took the time to do a true custom install, wrapping the film completely around the edges of the body panels so the lines are 100% hidden. You literally cannot tell the film is even there. On top of the exterior work, the ceramic window tint is a total game-changer. I dropped the vehicle off at 8:45 AM and was called for pickup before noon. As I walked up to my vehicle at the shop, I immediately noticed visible bugs and contamination still left on the exterior after the ceramic coating service, water spots on surfaces, and multiple interior areas that were still dirty or missed entirely. I took photos immediately after pickup to document everything clearly. When I contacted the shop privately first and sent the photos, I was later told the $150 "interior detail" only included a wipe-down, vacuum, and mat wash. In my opinion, that is more of a basic cleaning service than what most customers would reasonably expect from an interior detailing package at that price point. Even for a simple wipe-down and vacuum service, there was still visible dust and debris left in areas like the trunk mat. I've had professional detailing and ceramic coating work done before, so I understand what proper prep work and finish quality should generally look like. This experience did not meet those expectations. What disappointed me most was the response afterward. Instead of professionally addressing the concerns shown in the photos, Bryan T. (Business Owner) called me "A PROBLEM" for speaking up about the quality of the work. If the work had been done properly from the beginning, there would not have been a problem to discuss in the first place. I never demanded a full refund or anything unreasonable. I simply wanted the concerns acknowledged and handled professionally. The shop later refunded $100 for the interior concerns, but the conversation eventually became personal and unprofessional, including remarks attacking my disability status that had absolutely nothing to do with the service itself.

This company: Ace Detailing, was recommended to us when we decided to store in indoors. We called him and he asked for pictures, and we sent him some via text. He got back to us immediately which was not expected but he did. He went over the project and told us what protection we could expect for the different levels of pricing. We decided to go with the ceramic coating. He started on the coach at the storage site (Thank you Sacramento RV in Lincoln) in the early AM. He washed, stripped, buffed is *** off from roof top to rims and tires. then applied the ceramic coating (including the ladder). Even went over the decals twice to protect them, it took 2 full days to complete. I tell you this rig never looked better. Better then at the dealer's lot. Like I said "magic". You won't be disappointed with this level and quality of service and professionalism! Rock on Jeff!

Fairgate has a few wash bays, one on the end that we easily maneuvered into. They take quarters and will change out up to $10 bills - fortunately there's a 7-11 not 200 feet from this spot that helped us out. Also, I think the owner came out (he was SO nice) and offered to help us break a bill. I would've conversed more but it was 115 degrees outside at 3pm during that awful heat spell plus we both were sick and didn't want to spread anything to anyone - especially someone as kind as he was! (If you're reading this, thank you btw - we were very grateful!). The place is well maintained and it was a pleasure to rinse things down without a huge line of people. Definitely will come here again - less dusty this time.

Auburn Detail gets 2 stars from me…read more I've used them twice. The actual detailing work on my boat was good, but both experiences created significant issues that cost me a lot of time. The first time, they left the key on after detailing, which drained both batteries. When I launched the boat, neither battery had enough power to start. I spent nearly four hours troubleshooting the issue - to his credit, the owner offered to cover the cleaning cost of my boat cover ($75), which I appreciated, but the lost time was far more valuable than the reimbursement. The second time, I picked up the boat and discovered that the mussel seal tag had been broken. That immediately voided my containment status and meant I had to arrange for a decontamination inspection before launching again. In my case, that required scheduling an appointment at Rollins Lake, changing travel plans, and spending additional time dealing with the issue. The decontamination cost is about $150, which the owner promptly offered to reimburse, but again, the money wasn't really the problem. The bigger issue was the time, inconvenience, and disruption to my plans. While the costs associated with these issues were ultimately somewhat addressed, the bigger problem was the time, disruption, and frustration caused by two separate, avoidable incidents. It felt like the impact on my time and plans was never fully appreciated. After these experiences, I've decided I won't be using Auburn Detail again.
