What really surprised us was how fast everything was done. We expected at least an hour or two, but he and his coworker finished in about 35 minutes, and the results came out perfect. They take the tint right to the edge of the glass and it looks amazing. Llumar Formula One is my go to. Pinnacle is amazing. If you're looking at XPel, consider Formula One instead. They were super quick. Pricing is very reasonable. I actually brought my car back in because I wanted the back windows darker than what I originally picked and they were able to easily and reasonably accommodate that. Even the second time, they were done quickly and it was a minimal wait. The more expensive tint (nano ceramic) has a life time warranty and is worth the extra money. Their location is easy to find and easy to get in and out of. They have a nice lounge too if you want water, coffee, tv, or even play on their PS4. It's very clean and comfortable. The workmanship craft is good, cut of the tint fits the windows perfectly, and the tint sticks closely to the window without air bubbles or gaps The owner is super nice. They even gave me coffee. When I asked to change the tint percentage, the owner helped me out and charged me only materials cost. The inside is very clean and modern. There is a nice lounge area with comfortable leather couch, TV, snacks, and PlayStation for you to wait, which is much nicer than my previous tint place where they make you leave to camp for 2 hrs at the only Starbucks that is within walking distance. I messaged with someone for a day or two, and then I decided just to make the appointment. A+'s pricing was about $200 less than the last place that I took my last car to. They were able to get me in the very next day! That was surprising and a welcomed relief to my light sensitive eyes. When I arrived, I was greeted and we discussed my tinting preferences. After the game plan was made, I felt confident that I was going to get exactly what I wanted as far as the darkness in the vehicle. I couldn't find my receipt but I figured they would have me in their system, and so I drove down there and talked to someone in person, who gave me the impression he was in charge. He told me that they don't keep any information in the system and there was nothing he could do for me. He said I would need to find my receipt from 4 years back?! What?! Seriously? Who doesn't keep records in their business system? Are they using triplicates? He said for me come back and they could fix it and maybe "see what they can do after it's fixed." Huh?! Albert went over everything and answered all my questions about tint matching and what would look better. The whole process took less than two hours and was seamless. I ended up taking my laptop and working from the mimosa house (7 min walk) but Albert also asked if I needed a ride which was super nice. Inside there establishment though, is coffee bar, massage chair, tv, comfy couch, candy, everything you would need to wait comfortably while they work on car.
