Your employee illegally processed my bank card to set up a reoccurring payment plan for car washes. My wife and I went through there with her Lexus. He told me that for 3 dollars more that we could get another wash for this vehicle for the next month. We decided that it sounded like a good deal. In NO WAY did we state that we wanted to rejoin this establishment! I quit this place a few months ago and I was paying a lot less than $39.99 a month! Why the hell would I okay this??! Just refunding me the $39.99 doesn't cut it. For some reason you answered my yelp with a phone number to contact you. Of course that was false. And now I get a response that I will have to rely on some email that you probably won't even see!

Both of our vehicle were dented by the workers at both locations, Roseville (my suburban) and Rocklin (husband work truck) and the manager refused to work alongside to resolve the issue. They didn't want to show us any video footage and dismissed our case so fast. We're a god fearing family and company, we wouldn't make up this company messed up our vehicles. We don't have the time for that either. My husband's runs a business and we have three young children with one on the way. I do not recommend this company. They are not ethical in any way and they'll do whatever to get out of a mess that they caused. Additionally, my husband witnessed a gentleman's rug mats being stolen out of his vehicle from a worker at the Roseville location and tried denying it. So sad. This company needs better honor, integrity, honest workers, and ethics.

With the Quick…read moreQuack membership, you can go to any of their locations and wash your dirty car from the inside-out. The price of 2 car washes a month makes it well worth the membership. I had never been to this location, so finding the entrance was confusing and a little overwhelming with the car behind me that seemed to be really close. With the membership, I can pull in and get in a specific lane (there is one for cashiers and another for membership) and the gate automatically opens after a camera somewhere reads my license plate. Pulling in is a breeze. There is someone to guide you onto the conveyer belt. They sprits your car with a stronger solution before you enter the first spay down followed by brushes. However, the brushes do not seem to get up close to the area where your mirrors are. Each side gets 2 passes with these particular brushes and... well, this location is yet another that just misses the mark. Then these dryers are almost pointless. When I pulled away from the dryers, the entire car still had drops dripping down the sides, down the back. Across the windshield and hood of the car. This location makes more work for me!! At this point, if your pulling into the stalls with the vacuums, YOUR IN LUCK because there are damp towels so you can get out and dry your car off yourself! I do appreciate that they have vacuums and air houses... but it would've been even better if they worked! The stall I was in didn't have a working air hose or vacuum on the right side. I just said to heck with the passenger side of my car and didn't vacuum it. My driver side is looking pretty fly though This is a decent Quick Quack if you just need to run through real quick and be on your way. I'm not sure about the other stalls and how the rest of the vacuums & air hoses worked, but I am stuck with one dirty side... "Don't drive Dirty" ... is Quick quacks slogan... well, then fix your stalls or at least put up a sign letting the community know that house isn't working. I hate 'driving dirty!'

The self wash station is very easy and convenient to use and the vacuums are very powerful getting all the dirt and crumbs out from my car. I love using this car wash! It's clean, I can get in and out quickly and it's also fairly inexpensive. I like to load up on tokens for the vacuum or shampooer but I also love that there is an option to use your card as well. This car wash is my absolute favorite in the area and I will continue to come here as long as they remain open!
