I called Precision the next morning at 7am. The tech was out just a few hours later at 10. He looked everything over, and eventually aligned the sensors that I wasn't able to do. He also dusted grass off the bottom of my door, cleaned the sensor lenses and lubed the spring and moving parts. He gave me a couple helpful tips for the future. He only charged me for the service call $89. All and all I'm happy and would use them again

Each time I left my name and number. I also filled out the form on their website to request a consultation. I finally spoke to one guy who requested I take pictures of my backyard to send to him which I did. And then I never heard back again. He never called me back which is odd. I'm not sure if they are short staffed or unorganized but it should not take multiple calls over and over to get someone to come out. He also worked with our adjuster and answered all of his questions, as well as ours, with complete accuracy and honesty. We chose our shingles and scheduled an appointment to get the roof replaced that day. The crew arrived at exactly the scheduled time and went straight to work. One thing I noticed after they were on the roof was just how quiet they were. I never heard yelling or loud music; just scraping and nail guns. Several of my neighbors have had roofs replaced in the past year and those crews were generally loud. These guys were fantastic. Just then he realized it continued through our expensive steel roof & there was a gap between the steel roof & the pipe. The weather called for hours of rain for yesterday. What to do? Jimmy was so easy to work with & had terrific people skills on the phone. We were also delighted that Jimmy sent Eric out to finish the fix on the roof when he said he would yesterday afternoon. Eric was conscientious enough to fix a small crack on another pipe while on the roof. This was problem solving of the highest order for us.

Mitch was very unprofessional when he came to our house after a tree had fallen on it putting us out of our home for 7 months. My husband was not belligerent or drunk. Just because someone gets off work and has 1 beer to decompress from a long day of work AND a tree falling on our house making us unable to live in the home, does not make him drunk or belligerent. Mitch's terrible attitude was the problem in a very stressful situation. When they did remove the tree they drove all over my front yard with a bobcat, tearing the driveway and front yard up. I have proof of that and my insurance company is having to pay to fix everything due to Landmark's incompetence.
