They had knowledge of 4 tires i was looking out. Steven (not sure his title) really sealed the deal today with his suggestions, communication & checking balancing. They got the tires same day & installed in about 1:15 hrs. Very pleased. Definitely wasn't looking in buying tires today, but gave me a deal i couldn't pass up. With in seconds she came back with a complete out the door price i agreed and she informed me they would be at the location by 8:30 the next day. Next moring at aproximately one hour before appointment she called to inform me they had arrived and said to come on in Service time was no longer than an hour to max hour and half with complet 4 tire removal replacement mounted ballanced and a full synthetic oil change added. This is my 5 th vehicle i have had serviced here and have the others serviced regular as well. The people are great and Staff is on point. as far as previous one star reviews well maybe you should try a little respect and understanding even ive had a couple of issues that came up but a call and explain the issue they was always understanding and asked to come back and corrected any issues with no problems. So i can say Munford Tire is and has been the best local owned establish ment with complete satifactory customer service every time

I strongly regret doing business here…read more I had a cracked windshield replaced here a few months ago. They did not fully seal the windshield, and I can hear relatively loud wind noise whenever I'm driving. I called and asked them to send their technician out to fix it. They sent him out there to try to apply more glue to seal the windshield, but whatever they did still didn't fix the problem. What's more is that they were not gentle when prying off the panels and windshield wipers to access the Windshield bay; my passenger side windshield wiper is now misaligned, and the the panel at the bottom of the windshield is warped from using a pry tool. A small amount of water gets inside the cabin during heavy rain now, when it didn't before. I called them a second time to send out a technician, and this time Mr James Jones himself comes out to see it. After taking a look at my car, he told me that there were leaves in the windshield wiper bay area which were causing my problems with the water entering the cabin. (After looking myself later, there were only a few Pine needles, nothing more.) For context, my car had hit another car's bumper about a year earlier, causing damage to a headlight and slightly bending the hood and grill. Mr Jones told me that the wind noise was because of the damage to the car and not the windshield replacement. I told him that not only was the damage not enough to reach the windshield, but that the wind noise did not start then, it only started when they changed the windshield. His immediate response was "okay, well let me think about it and I'll decide." The next thing that happens is he just gets this truck and drive off, never to call me back. It later occurred to me that even if my fender bender had damaged my car's windshield, which it did not, then they should not have performed the service on my car without explaining to me first that they would not have been able to seal the windshield shut around the corners. From my experience here, Mr. James Jones is not an honest businessman, and I strongly recommend against doing business with him. Since this company is a mobile service, I never met James Jones or his technicians face-to-face while they worked on my car. I wonder if the outcome would've been different if I was actually there paying attention to what they were doing when it happened.

Also, most of the wires and hoses were disconnected. We had to purchase new hardware in addition to the new water pump and timing belt. Very poor and expensive quote. We will never use them again.
