When I went to retrieve my car I noticed a scuff mark on the passenger side front I'd never seen before and it was definitely recent.. I went back into the shop and said Fellas we have a problem.. They let me look at the camera footage and sure enough, I had the Scuff on the car before dropping it off. They were very patient with me while we waited to pull up the correct time.. I've only driven the car a hand full of times since I got it and I'm glad to leave Howard's knowing they went above and beyond to make me feel better about their business..
