They were friendly, fast and thorough to the point of bringing me process photos of the removal of my windshield, the shoddy work done by a previous installer and the steps taken to improve the condition of the vehicle to ensure a secure and dry fit of the replacement window. Because of the personable way they worked with me, I didn't hesitate having my wife go to their shop and have the window in her car replaced when it developed a leak. Pricing was also VERY competitive with other shops in the area. The glass always looks good, seal is solid and a great value and experience all around. I highly recommend Novus Glass to anyone needing window work done.

While the cost is cheap, the work is anything but! I was able to schedule the appointment really quickly (called on Thurs afternoon and took the car in Monday morning) and the service only took about 2.5 hours to be completed! I also ended up having Juan take care of a small rock chip on one of our other vehicles that same day. He did that in a jiffy, too, and then even cleaned my whole windshield. Since the weather was cooling, I knew I needed to get it repaired so the crack wouldn't expand further. I turned to trusty Yelp to find somewhere to go and came across this gem. Eugene Windshield Repair was able to get me in the next day, and the repair itself only took about 25 minutes. All the employees I interacted with were very kind and professional. They explained that they could go through my insurance if I wanted (since it was just a chip, I opted to pay out of pocket, a very reasonable $75), and all about the lifetime warranty. They also sent me out the door with a care package that included some clear stickers in case I ever get another chip so I can keep the dirt out, plus a coupon for a free coffee at The Human Bean! MK responded with a price point that was agreeable and we set a time and day for them to come over. This was a new experience for me because I'm used to pulling into a brick and mortar building for automotive issues. Well, MK Auto Glass is more of a portable service which probably helps keep costs down. They came to my home with everything they needed in a company van. The service tech obviously knew what he was doing. He went about his business very professionally in removing various components to access the glass, specialized tools for removing and cleaning off old sealants and debris, cleaning off the framework, wiping and applying new sealants.... This was one of those situations where they are displaying total competence and quality workmanship. The job is done and all is perfect with the new glass, including realigning the rear view mirror. They did an excellent job, no issues here! Thanks MK!

They were so friendly and they also paint matched my cars odd black almost dark purple paint color, which I was originally a bit worried about them being able to match it well enough. Fix auto went above and beyond on my car. Fingers crossed I don't need any body work done soon, but if I did I would come here again in a heartbeat! Most of the folks working there have been there 20-30 years, which says a lot about the enjoyability of working there, as well as the level of experience you get when you you bring your car to them. Josh and co got the back right panel of my car looking good as new and their skilled painter matched the white paint of the new panel to that of my car, which is really hard to do if you don't know what you're doing. Josh sent me frequent text updates, so I always knew the status of the repair being done and never once felt left in the dark. The repair took a week to the day, and pickup was really smooth and quick. Fingers crossed I'll never have to bring my car back, but if I do, I know my car will be in the hands of experts at Fix Auto.
