Since the weather was cooling, I knew I needed to get it repaired so the crack wouldn't expand further. I turned to trusty Yelp to find somewhere to go and came across this gem. Eugene Windshield Repair was able to get me in the next day, and the repair itself only took about 25 minutes. All the employees I interacted with were very kind and professional. They explained that they could go through my insurance if I wanted (since it was just a chip, I opted to pay out of pocket, a very reasonable $75), and all about the lifetime warranty. They also sent me out the door with a care package that included some clear stickers in case I ever get another chip so I can keep the dirt out, plus a coupon for a free coffee at The Human Bean! A great local business that I would return to if I ever get another chip.

MK responded with a price point that was agreeable and we set a time and day for them to come over. This was a new experience for me because I'm used to pulling into a brick and mortar building for automotive issues. Well, MK Auto Glass is more of a portable service which probably helps keep costs down. They came to my home with everything they needed in a company van. The service tech obviously knew what he was doing. He went about his business very professionally in removing various components to access the glass, specialized tools for removing and cleaning off old sealants and debris, cleaning off the framework, wiping and applying new sealants.... This was one of those situations where they are displaying total competence and quality workmanship. The job is done and all is perfect with the new glass, including realigning the rear view mirror. They did an excellent job, no issues here! Thanks MK!

I called the company at around 9:00am inquiring about a quote to replace my vehicle's front passenger window (it a lovely way to start my morning with a call that my car had been broken into... only to steal a granola bar??) and was frazzled to say the least, only to be comforted with a friendly voice and empathetic words on the other side of the phone. Not only were the receptionists were incredibly kind, but the total cost to replace and install my window was only $195 - and it was finished in less than an hour! To add, their new location was extremely clean and newly decorated, had an assortment of complementary beverages to sip on, and was given instructions on how to use the Alexa in the waiting room to hear my choice of music throughout the short time that I waited for my car to be completed. Despite the hectic and pricey start to my day, I left Speedy Glass in the best mood from their timeliness and generosity. The entire experience was so positive that I honestly wouldn't be as upset if someone breaks into my car one more time if it means getting to interact with this glass repair shop again! Thanks, Speedy Glass!

I reported it immediately and the owner said he would order the part and have it replaced ASAP. Weeks went by and every time I called he said he wasn't able to locate the part yet but still had my paperwork. So, he not only lied to me but has zero integrity and does not care about his clients or the quality of their work. Seriously?! HORRIBLE! I then called to let them know and I was hung up on. So glad you were able to spare your $5. Now that $5 payed for a horrible review. I am not a typical complainer and I will praise a company if they have good customer service. Scheduling was easy and they even offered to give me a ride which was not needed, but truly appreciated. Sadly, the quality of work just isn't there. The window tint on 2 of my windows is peeling on the edge and squeaking and there are hundreds of small bubbles/debris in the tint from what I am assuming is poor quality microfiber towels used to clean the windows. The tint was also not cut properly in several areas leaving an unsightly gap at the top of each side window. I went back to inquire on having them redo the windows and received a great deal of pushback and excuses about the debris. In the end they agreed to redo 2 of the windows, but given the results I later decided that I wouldn't really be happy and am going elsewhere to have my tint redone. If you aren't picky and just looking for a good price this place might be for you, but if you have a nice car or are an enthusiast who appreciates high quality of work it is probably best to look elsewhere. Hopefully the owner(s) take this review as an opportunity to perfect their craft and work toward better results for their customers. I always hesitate to leave less than favorable reviews for any business, but I have to be honest when I say my experience just wasn't great.
