This was a new experience for me because I'm used to pulling into a brick and mortar building for automotive issues. Well, MK Auto Glass is more of a portable service which probably helps keep costs down. They came to my home with everything they needed in a company van. The service tech obviously knew what he was doing. He went about his business very professionally in removing various components to access the glass, specialized tools for removing and cleaning off old sealants and debris, cleaning off the framework, wiping and applying new sealants.... This was one of those situations where they are displaying total competence and quality workmanship. The job is done and all is perfect with the new glass, including realigning the rear view mirror. I was able to schedule the appointment really quickly (called on Thurs afternoon and took the car in Monday morning) and the service only took about 2.5 hours to be completed! Fixed my window right up, took 4 days…read moreto get the over 20 year old ford VERY SPECIFIC side window in (they messed up the 1st time but it literally only took 2 days and i figured they didn't even make the glass anymore) This was the only place open when a tree decided to take revenge on me. Tysonn did a crash wrap and actually added some cardboard inside it because he was concerned about my privacy. He also didn't bring up how absolutely messy my car was the first time around, or my very political poster art inside the van I kind of forgot to cover up, or even the creepy doll i put in the passenger side to see if I could get a reaction lol! Everyone was super respectful, i was out of there in probably less than an hour and got to wait it out on a lovely little chair and table they have outside. I'm so glad my insurance worked things out with them AND with this company you get a lifetime warranty for the window at ANY of the stores they have around the country.
