MK responded with a price point that was agreeable and we set a time and day for them to come over. This was a new experience for me because I'm used to pulling into a brick and mortar building for automotive issues. Well, MK Auto Glass is more of a portable service which probably helps keep costs down. They came to my home with everything they needed in a company van. The service tech obviously knew what he was doing. He went about his business very professionally in removing various components to access the glass, specialized tools for removing and cleaning off old sealants and debris, cleaning off the framework, wiping and applying new sealants.... This was one of those situations where they are displaying total competence and quality workmanship. The job is done and all is perfect with the new glass, including realigning the rear view mirror. My door now is a rattle. My window was broken by thief. I hired MK to come replace the window. There were issues getting the right window for my vehicle so we had to reschedule the original appointment. Later noticed a plastic piece of my door missing and whenever the door is closed you can hear all the broken glass inside it rattling around. This guy replaced the front shield but only after breaking the molding in the A pillar, didn't show up with the weather sealing, so he had to put the wrong kind in which left huge gaps on top that allows water in. Left a huge glob of adhesive on the inside of the window. Didn't put the document retainer back in properly. ( A plastic clip that holds paper to the windshield). There you go. read more

He called me about an hour out from approximate time provided on Thurs. Sent a text that morning of repair with a confirmation of time he'd be there. I searched on yelp and found MK Auto Glass to replace my windshield. Kam responded back to me very quickly and professionally! His quote came in lower than another company I had contacted AND his service is MOBILE which I really appreciated!! He came to me! I have a rain sensor windshield and my intermittent wipers haven't worked in the 5 years that I've owned the car. Kam informed me that the windshield had been replaced before ( I bought it used and didn't know) and that whoever replaced it, didn't put the "gel" on the sensor part- which is why it hadn't been working.
