Nice Thai place for many years near the Best Western Plus by the mall. Tables for any size party. I dined alone, and there are two-top tables, but I was seated in a separate dining room as the lone diner at a table for six. It was nice to be in that room. There were several other diners but it was peaceful. I ordered panang curry pork. Before it arrived, I was given a side salad that I wasn't expecting, which made for a good start. I asked about their spice levels, which go 1-5. They said if I had had Thai hot things, 5 would be fine. And it was just fine! Great flavor, good rice and a portion that you could share. I got some massaman curry chicken to take for the folks back home, at a medium spice. This is a family favorite and this was a good rendition. We would opt for a higher spice level next time, that's just how we roll. Service was attentive but not overbearing. My water glass never ran dry :-) A nice setting and we will be back. read more

Came here on accident by pulling into the parking lot and glad we did. The ambience here is very calm, comfortable and clean. Service was amazing! The restaurant had 10 tables along with us with one server but you never felt rushed or that anything wasn't smooth. Food came out hot and fresh, full of flavor and pretty quick. We got the lobster curry and a sizzling steak which we highly recommend!!! Definitely will be coming back here. On a side note, they have a boba tea bar. read more

Still a very solid choice for Thai food mixed in with the Mega Chain area that IS Layton. Service is timely but you should not be in a rush, this isn't a 30 minute meal. We love the food here and the service is pretty swell as well. Apps are good, we love the Chicken Satay and our boy eats this as his meal on most every visit. The menu is extremely deep and there are traditional "pad thai" type dishes with various noodles and proteins as well as good selection of curry on the menu. Personal favorite is the Love Nest with shrimp, beef, pork, and tofu mixed with noodles. There are crunchy noodles laid out on the bottom as a "nest" and those always bring out the little kid in me that loves crunchy noodles. 1. The spring rolls were fine, the peanut and bean sauce was pretty good but the rolls themselves were lackluster. I think they used tofu instead of shrimp and I honestly didn't taste any "meat" whatsoever. 2. The beef and meatball pho was beyond disappointing. The noodles were so overcooked - along with the beef. I had to stop eating the noodles before I had even eaten half of them. They were so bad. The broth was very bland and one dimensional. The beef had no flavor and was thick and really overcooked, even though I removed all of my beef pieces and placed them on my plate instead of leaving them in the extremely hot broth. I would not order pho from here again. 3. The brown sugar boba was nice and sweet (hard to mess up with that one) BUT my boba was so undercooked and dry in the center. Overall. I'm pregnant and this is the only thing I want to eat. I love the green curry, mild, with tofu instead of chicken. I always get the coconut soup (my FAV). I do the lunch special so it comes with rice, a small salad, and one egg roll. It's enough food that I can usually save half and have a lunch and a dinner out of one meal. This is the best food. All I think about is the coconut soup. I wish I could buy it by the gallon. There is an option to order the soup as an entree but it automatically comes with chicken and I just don't like chicken with this pregnancy. In the entree form it also comes with a lot more veggies, and I mostly just like the broth. Anyways, you cannot go wrong with this place. I always order takeout so I can't comment on the restaurant experience, but they are always fast, polite, and my order is always accurate. read more

The restaurant is quite large, with pleasant decorations. We got seated right away, as it was fairly empty on a weeknight. We went with a couple of safe choices: Pad see ew with tofu and a red curry with tofu, which came with jasmine rice. It also came with a complimentary salad that was rather ho-hum and quite overdressed. The main dishes were fine, nothing objectionable but also not terribly notable. Just basic, serviceable Thai. We came across this place when we went to see a movie at the AMC theater next door and we decided to try it later in the day for dinner. When we saw "fusion" in the name we were thinking of a more literal interpretation of Asian fusion food. Instead, there was more of a pan-Asian menu. There was certainly thai food including curries, soups, and noodles, but also Vietnamese pho, boba tea, Japanese gyoza and seaweed salad, and stir fries. We ordered the thai sausage, pad thai love nest, and drunken noodles with beef. While we waited, they served complimentary salads, which was a nice touch. The love nest was a very hefty portion and it had all of the protein options - shrimp, beef, chicken, and tofu. The drunken noodles and pad thai were very good. We waited and waited for brown rice and the sausage, which hadn't come by the time we finished our entrees so we had the sausage packed to go. We finished with mango sticky rice. The mango was so sweet and the rice was warm. It was clear that it had been freshly prepared but neither of us were fans of the sesame seeds topping the rice and fruit. I had a thai tea to go along with the meal and it was more half and half than tea, which was fine with me as it made it quite sweet. I love Pho and I have my go to spots but my 3 favorites are closed Sundays, so I found this little place hidden by a shopping center, had to try it out. The customer service is amazing, everyone is very friendly and nice and helpful. They made me feel welcomed and took my order fast and offered me advice on their favorites and everything. The owner was very nice she made sure everything was handle and cooked right and kept me updated. She gave me free jasmine rice and made my boba for me. The customer service was 5 stars. They even gave me a bottle of Hoisin Sauce. I was very impressed with their customer service and how clean and fresh the placed smelled. I enjoyed my pho; the broth was great and the curry chicken and jasmine rice was to die for. We will definitely be back to try this place. How lucky am I to find a Thai restaurant next to my hotel? I knew they closed at 9 pm so I arrived at 8:25. A taller waitress came towards me and immediately glanced at her watch. She was going to seat me right next to a long counter in the middle of everything. When she saw that I wasn't thrilled, she offered me a high table right below the TV with loud music. She brought me water and then disappeared. I waited and finally a shorter waitress with a big smile came over, apologized and took my order of coconut shrimp, stir-fried glass noodle with pork and tofu, and fresh coconut juice. She was super friendly and made me feel welcomed. I received the complimentary salad which looked plain until i tasted the yummy dressing. The shorter waitress checked on me and when I told her I really like the food, she thanked me profusely. The reason for the 3-star is that at 8:35 pm, a family with 3 young kids came in and again, the taller waitress looked at her watch and said "do you know we close at 9?" She made them order to-go so they all sat and waited by the door. Their food was ready around 8:55. I left at 9:08 and there was still a large party in a banquet room no where near close to leaving. As I walked out, I saw the family eating on a bench outside the restaurant in the warm heat. It just rubbed me the wrong way when a restaurant refuses to seat someone 25 minutes before they close. Why don't they change their hours to closing at 8:30 instead? Maybe it was just that waitress but I'm subtracting 1 star for that practice. read more

Came here because our favorite Thai place was closed, so we thought we'd give this place a try. We honestly wish we would have just waited a day to go to Pad Thai, Thai cuisine tomorrow instead of coming here today. Our curries were watered down and it seemed like no care was actually put into this dish. The vegetables were flavorless and seemed to be thrown in last minute. You also get half the amount of food here compared to Pad Thai, Thai Cuisine and this place cost more. We figured we would try it, although we wish we wouldn't have. Won't be coming back here again. I'm pretty surprised what happened to my wife's experience today at this Thai establishment. Me and my wife have been to this establishment many times since they open. However, my wife experience TODAY here while she was outing by herself has taken her by utmost surprise. I'm not being bias to this place because of my wife's comments but because it has happened to a good friend of mines before as well. So, a detailed review MUST be written up in hopes that the establishment will update their CUSTOMER SERVICE to fellow future clients that ventures to their place. "DO NOT JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER" is what my wife felt the whole time she was there eating. In my humble and professional experience as a fine diner, the price tag of the meal/food usually matches with the experience you get. You don't go spending good money on crappy food; that's not culture at all. My wife felt completely discriminated at this place today. First, they seated her completely isolated. Second, they brought water for her in a plastic kid container cup instead of the fine glass cup that clearly everyone else was served with. Third, while using the seasonings and spices, the waitress had the audacity to come and ask if my wife was done with it so she can move it over to another guest's table, where clearly, every table had a seasoning/spice rack already! Was the waitress afraid my wife will steal their seasoning or something?? And last but least, when it was time to pay, while every guest received a check at their tables, my wife was TOLD by the OWNWER to go and pay at the register! For the life of food experience, this usually only happens if the establishment has a strict policy of paying at the register ONLY! Meaning, it's their policy you simply pay up front. Clearly, this was NOT the case. Commons sense informs me that the WAITRESS probably assumed my wife was going to "Ding n' Dash"!!! That's blatant discrimination. I love Thai Food. I was born in Thailand. The much older lady that used to work there was WAY much more appropriate. Some places can really cook good THAI food, but if they sacrifice CUSTOMER SERVICE over taste of food, and become discriminate like this, then I would say they'll never get my business ever again! My wife says she'll never return. I beg to defer. Let's see what this establishment says. I'm completely horrid by this news. Very unfortunate. read more

The food here was so delicious! Our favorites so far are the Yellow Curry and the Pad Thai (both with chicken). I'm sure they have many more delicious dishes because the restaurant smelled amazing! We've placed two orders here and both were on time (one was delivery and the other was pick up). The lady that helped us was very kind and made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back. I've rated them 4 stars instead of 5 because of my experience on Father's Day. We had AMAZING meals here last week. I got the Pad-See-Ew with chicken. It is fresh wide rice noodles (these noodles are so freaking good) stir fried with soy sauce, eggs, broccoli, carrots and bean sprouts. The flavor is so good. They give you so much, I ate until I was stuffed and had plenty for lunch the next day. My husband got the Drunken Noodles. It is the same delicious noodles stir fried with Thai chili soy sauce, bamboo shoots, mushrooms, onion, bell peppers, carrots, baby corn, broccoli and Thai basil. He LOVED it! Again, the serving was huge. Their presentation is amazing, they add a beautiful flower which combined with the colorful veggies creates a dish ALMOST to pretty to eat! I say almost because it is so yummy nothing would keep me from eating it!! Our service was great, very friendly and attentive. The decor is very nice. I don't know why it it has taken far too long for me to try out Thai Fusion!!!!! HUGE mistake!!!! I have to admit, this is hands down, the best Thai Food I have ever experienced!!! Such a great restaurant. They have done a fantastic job, turning a strip mall front, into an elegant venue inside. The staff is friendly and buzzing around, to make sure everyone is taken care of. They do a great job! The food!!!! WOW!!!! The flavors are so incredible. And the freshness, is second to none. I enjoyed the Drunken Noodles with Shrimp. When my plate arrived, I was impressed with its presentation and how appealing it was. The smell quickly led to me digging in and not wanting to come up for air. Veggies incredibly fresh and cooked to perfection. The noodles.... absolutely amazing!!! I couldn't get past the halfway point of the plate (though I tried!). But, that was a bonus for me, because I was able to take home a to-go box that would be waiting for me for lunch, the next day!!! My wife had their Pad-see-eh with Chicken. Again, same great freshness, same amazing presentation and of course same giant amount of "left-overs". This Thai restaurant will not disappoint and will delivery beyond any expectation. I am a little bummed for waiting this long to try them out, but will now make up for lost time!!! Can't wait to return!!!!! Definitely now on my top ten list!!!!! Well done, Thai Fusion.
