Had the yellow curry and drunken noodles and both were fantastic! Service was fast and the staff was very friendly.

Some food I absolutely love! Last time I order my fresh spring rolls, there was only lettuce, carrots and a few bean sprouts. Not at all like it should have been- no protein, no fresh herbs like Thai basil and mint. I threw them out! It's not like food is not expensive and as a paying customer, if they were out of ingredients, I feel like I should have been told they didn't have everything on hand. We went here on a weeknight and it was super dead inside. When we walked inside, we were "greeted" by a younger lady. She didn't seem happy that we were there and was pretty rude. In customer service, you would expect there to be happier people, but she was definitely not having it that day I guess. All of the food that we ordered was great!! - Pad See Ew: delicious and was able to adjust the spice/heat level. Heat rating is from 0-10. I chose 8 and it was pretty spicy. - Pa-Nang Curry: also delicious and we chose spice level 4. Perfect amount of spice here. - Fried Shrimp Appetizer: definitely worth it! Perfect crispiness and the sauce was sweet, spicy and tangy. - Thai Iced Tea: a bit too sweet for me. I had to pour some water in it to dilute it, but it's good if you love sweet drinks. Parking: in a plaza with plenty of free parking spaces I gave it a 3 out of 5 stars because of the customer service lady. The food was 5 out of 5. I love this small, family owned restaurant. The owners are very friendly and the food is delicious. My favorites are the panang curry and the cheese wontons, but I love everything I've had there. Five star service, four star food. We have lived in the area for about 4 years and have seen this place but never walked in. My wife and I grabbed a date night and decided to give it a try. Luckily she was feeling adventurous (she usually doesn't go for "new foods"). When we first walked in, we were a bit nervous as there was only one other family dining...on a Saturday night. We thought if it's not busy on a Saturday, it must not be that good. To our surprise the food was quite good and the service was fast and friendly. My wife asked for pineapple curry even though it was not on the menu and they said, yes, they could make that. I had the Massaman curry. Both were served with a thai noodle soup, as an appetizer. We also got cheese wontons, which were good. I will say when the food came out I was nervous it would not be enough, but with the soup, it was perfect. I was full, but was able to finish all my food. Also, the prices reflected such. As many places are raising their prices with inflation, the curry was still reasonably priced. $30 for two meals and an appetizer is just what I'd expect to pay. The food was very good and the first spicy Thai food I've had in Utah. We ordered the beef wonton appetizer, and it didn't disappoint. Next, I order pork pad Thai. Again, the flavor is incredible. Their hotness scale is 1-10, because of my other experiences in the area I went with a 8. I would've been more happy with a 4 or 5. They were really nice and offered to make it less spicy for me. I called in my order and the young lady that took my order had great customer service skills and even when I picked up my order, she was extremely nice and friendly (opposite of the customer service that I received on previous visits there). My meal was very dry. It was either overcooked or it had been sitting on a heating element until transported to my take out container (the latter seems more likely to me). There's a level of spice to order up to 10. I selected 2 which was spicy enough. It had a pretty good flavor and it was enough to eat for two days, but with it being that dry on day one, I can't imagine how it would be on day two, so I won't bother to keep the left overs. read more

I came here for a work lunch with my colleagues. Thai curry is one of my most favorite things to eat. I got the masaman Curry. It comes with a soup and rice. Overall I thought the dish was just OK. The temperature of the food could've been a little warmer but nothing too concerning. The curry had a pretty good flavor and maybe that is not the right curry to order because I usually get yellow curry. I want to go back and try the yellow curry to see how it is. I did do a spice level of five and there was no spiciness so I would recommend at least a 6+ if you want any kick to it. I ordered it with chicken as well and the chicken taste great. I really loved the soups you got as an appetizer before the main meal. The noodles tasted great and the broth was really good. I'm going to need to go back to try some other items on the menu. I ordered takeout, so I don't know about the service, atmosphere, or cleanliness of the restaurant, but I do know the food at Thai Jasmine was terrible. I ordered some fried spring rolls, the red curry, the green curry, and the drunken noodles. Let's take this one disappointing item at a time, shall we? 1. The fried spring rolls: Not awful, but not good. You can find something similar in the frozen food section of any grocery store. 2. The green curry: Watery and flavorless with an obscene amount of bamboo shoots and maybe two and a half pepper strips. And a little bit of meat. 3. The red curry: Identically disappointing. 4. The drunken noodles: Unlike any drunken noodles I have ever had anywhere, and I mean that in the worst way possible. The noodles were all wrong, and it came with a cup of mystery liquid that looked, smelled, and tasted like bland chicken broth. Just, why? I don't enjoy being so harsh--truly--but when you spend money on Thai food that you could have made better at home and you're not even Thai ... that's frustrating. I won't be back. read more

Nothing about thw experience was really very great. The place is dark and sort of dirty feeling. The staff seemed to be more interested in taking care of what appeared to be her family rather than anyone else there. And the food was just plain and simply not good. Horrible! This is the third time I've tried. I am embarrassed to say I went back. Last time I thought the spring rolls were decent so I decided to use a buy one get one free coupon I had and get two orders of them. When I went in the girl was super snappy and said I couldn't use my buy one get one free only on entrées. That seems ridiculous. Then I open up the box of spring rolls and they were a joke. Chuck full of cheap iceberg lettuce and bean sprouts that look like they weren't even washed. The cheapest things ever for $12! Definitely the last time I'll go back. I am not impressed by the food or service here. I placed a large order that had two drunken noodle dishes. When I got home I find pad tai noodles in place of the drunken noodles. I was confused because I know the difference between the two. I even had the lady taking my order repeat it so everything was correct and she specifically said drunken noodles. So I called to find out where the drunken noodles where and then the lady told me, "yeah we changed out our drunken noodles" and I was in disbelief that she didn't tell me that when I ordered and wasted $30 on the two meals. She couldn't do anything for me so I just had to toss it. I had to toss it because the veggies in it were not soft at all and it looked like they just tossed the raw veggies in with the sauce. I really wanted to love this place since it's close to our new home. Waited 45 minutes for our meal, but I get it and certainly willing to overlook that if the food was worth it because staff shortages are a problem these days. My husband and I got 2 different entrees so we could try one another's. I got yellow chicken curry. It was watered down sauce that was more white than yellow. Meat was chewy and over cooked. First time trying the Thai Jasmine and most likely the last. I had Pad Thai with chicken. The dish was very salty, almost like a ton of soy sauce or something in it that just way to salty. The noodles were very hot but the chicken was cold and tough. This was take out and I only live minutes away so no way the chicken got that cold while the noodles where steaming hot.
