    Pad See Ew

We went here on a weeknight and it was super dead inside. When we walked inside, we were "greeted" by a younger lady. She didn't seem happy that we were there and was pretty rude. In customer service, you would expect there to be happier people, but she was definitely not having it that day I guess. All of the food that we ordered was great!! - Pad See Ew: delicious and was able to adjust the spice/heat level. Heat rating is from 0-10. I chose 8 and it was pretty spicy. - Pa-Nang Curry: also delicious and we chose spice level 4. Perfect amount of spice here. - Fried Shrimp Appetizer: definitely worth it! Perfect crispiness and the sauce was sweet, spicy and tangy. - Thai Iced Tea: a bit too sweet for me. I had to pour some water in it to dilute it, but it's good if you love sweet drinks. Parking: in a plaza with plenty of free parking spaces I gave it a 3 out of 5 stars because of the customer service lady. The food was 5 out of 5. Honestly, if there was better customer service, it would be a 5 out of 5.

Best pad Thai in Syracuse. My family has been going here since they opening. We usually get it to go, but the restaurant is clean and comfortable. It does take a minute to get your food, but it's worth the wait.

Okay. We have tried a few Thai places nearby and decided that Thai Jasmines green curry is our absolute favorite. It's flavor is delicious sweet but has hints of spice and we love it. I also get the cheese Rangoon even though they aren't anything special. We have tried some of their other curries as well but ALWAYS come back for the green curry. Give it a try! We know you won't be disappointed!

The food was very good and the first spicy Thai food I've had in Utah. We ordered the beef wonton appetizer, and it didn't disappoint. Next, I order pork pad Thai. Again, the flavor is incredible. Their hotness scale is 1-10, because of my other experiences in the area I went with a 8. I would've been more happy with a 4 or 5. They were really nice and offered to make it less spicy for me. The flavors are on point. This will be our go-to Thai restaurant going forward. If you're looking for traditional non Utah Thai food, this is the place!!!

Really good authentic thai just a little pricey. Two entrees, kids meal, and an appetizer for $65. I'd be a regular if it wasn't so costly

Incredible spring rolls with peanut sauce. Wish I lived closer that would be my lunch every day.

Had the yellow curry and drunken noodles and both were fantastic! Service was fast and the staff was very friendly.

Great food and service. No one is usually inside and take out is most common but delicious either way.

I've been going to these guys since I came back from Texas. Food is 8/10 easily. The egg in the rice bowl with the corn. Not too much sauce, not bare rice just right! You can split the rice bowl with two people but why? The photo doesn't do the food taste the respect it deserves. Keep up the good work.

Came yesterday with a friend for lunch, and unfortunately, it was not an ideal experience…read more To be fair, the food was excellent. The shoyu and tonkotsu ramen are top-notch, and the marinated eggs are delightful. I also look forward to trying the sushi burritos, which looked amazing. The shop itself is cute, cozy, and clean, with accessible parking and entry. However, the service made us feel deeply unwelcome. The friend I took to lunch has an intellectual disability, and her ultimate passions are anime and ramen. Once a month, I take her out for a special meal, and Ramen House was her choice again this month. Our previous visit was fantastic, so I was excited to go back. From the moment we arrived, the server who greeted us seemed annoyed by our presence and seated us in the farthest corner. When taking drink orders, she grew impatient with my friend, repeating the question multiple times rather than giving her space to respond, and when she did respond, the server pointed to the menu, repeating something different than what she asked for, and then ignored the girls response when she repeated her preferred order. When I tried to step in and clarify, the server ignored me and turned back to my friend. The pressure left my friend flustered and confused, and she ultimately just agreed to whatever the server suggested instead of getting what she actually wanted. My friend was talking animatedly throughout lunch. Because she rarely opens up or talks in public, seeing her so expressive was a huge win for me--it meant she felt safe and happy. Yet, the staff seemed visibly bothered. While I understand restaurant environments require balance, her talking wasn't any louder than a table of business professionals having a lively lunch. It simply felt unwelcoming and entirely lacking in basic inclusivity. Throughout the meal, basic service interactions were curt. The server avoided eye contact, displayed impatient body language when I asked for a to-go container, and dropped off the bill unceremoniously with no thank you or polite closing. There was also a long delay before she retrieved the payment--leaving me wondering if I should have walked it to the register myself. It was a stark contrast to the warm experience we had on our first visit. I am sharing this because this is my friend's absolute favorite spot, and since she only gets this outing once a month, I know she will want to return. She deserves to enjoy her favorite meal without us feeling like a burden to the staff. It was truly a heartbreaking experience to witness, and I sincerely hope the management uses this feedback to foster a more patient, welcoming environment for all guests.
