I just wanted to take a minute and say how helpful Emily was at your Plymouth location. She went above and beyond to help me when she did not have to! We will definitely return because of the service we received! read more

Ordered a medium rare burger. First one came out like beef tartare. Second attempt was on the rarer side. Finally nailed the cook on the third attempt, but totally not worth the wait especially since we were practically the only people in there. Only thing preventing the one star was the server. Haven't been to this 99 in ages. Nothing like it used to be. read more

Went yesterday with my grandkids. Ordered the xl buffalo wings and I got the house salad and onion soup. The wings were cold and my soup was all broth. No more. Use to be my go to place. No more. read more

Great bar at either the Plymouth or Wareham locations. Always consistently great food and attentive staff! The ambiance was 'cool, laid back ' with sports entertainment on the televisions but always good to change the viewing upon request! read more

Food was horrible, they should be shut down. I should have known when the hostess at the door wasn't pleasant . The so called lobster roll was dry and gummy, bread sobby and stale. Those three pieces of broccoli should have stayed in the bag. And the fries were cold and salty. The rice was over cooked and under cooked as if it was mixed together to make a dish. The worst 99 I've ever had. The star was tapped on accident! They get no stars! read more

99 Restaurants - Broccoli, some so called lobster roll and salty fries Horrible food! The worst food I've had. - Pubs Near Me - Plymouth, Massachusetts

Ate there tonight at the bar. Only 1 bartender way over welmed. Service was sub par at best. Never took order for 20 min. The couple next to me took their order paid their bill before we even got our food Secondly the popcorn one of my favorites I know it's free but was really really salty Didn't receive a setup to eat or refill on our water or anything But the final thing is I took an order to go and apparently their new system now you have to make two separate transactions with two separate cards and two separate tips total bullshit read more

Pleasantly suprised! After some less than flattering reviews on Yelp We decided to pay this place a visit and were not disappointed. To start, the decor is warm and comforting. Natural wood all around the dining and bar area. Very cozy. Our waitress was warm and sociable. The menu had abundant choices and the prices are reasonable. Good selection of adult beverages. Our food was very good also. House salad and chicken fingers (we weren't looking for a huge dinner). We will definitely go again. read more

Very disappointed with my experience today. I usually get the all star burger and have even recommended it to friends. after today, I will not! I ordered it medium and what I got was a shriveled up, very dry burger. I tried to get past that but, after 2 bites, I was done, I pushed it to the end of table.I was never asked how it was or if something was wrong with it. I did see a manager walking from table to table and was waiting for her to come to ours. she never did. i will not be returning any time soon read more

I just wanted to take a minute to tell you about my experience with Sabrina who is employed as a server at your Plymouth location. My friends and I are frequent flyers and love to play trivia on Thursday evenings so we are usually there for a few hours. During our numerous outings we have received impeccable service and have never had to wait for anthying (even though we can tend to be high maintenance); no matter how busy the establishment is (which is usually is). She is attentive, personable and just a great employee overall. Sabrina is one of the main reasons we come back to this location so frequently. I just wanted you to know what a great individual you have hired and we will continue to recommend her and this location to all our friends and family. Thank you!! read more

When we got here we were told it would be a 15 minute wait. It turned out only to be about a 5 minute wait, which isn't bad at all. Even with the restaurant being short-staffed, our waitress was very cheerful and friendly. I ordered a medium cooked cheeseburger and it did not disappoint. Overall, excellent service! Keep up the great work, 99! read more

okay food, had the NY strip which was a bit overcooked. Cold beer though! read more

Awful experience went on 11/1/2021 sat at the bar the bartenders were awful they were slamming things around they put my food on the women's credit card that was sitting next to my husband and I!They lost another patrons credit card and a $10 bill he put down on the counter the manager came over but really did not take care of the situation. I do not recommend this place!!!!!!!! It was like a 3 ring circus. read more

We ordered curbside pick up. It was easy and efficient. We were missing one item. And the manager went above and beyond along with the staff to accommodate us. We went back again and enjoyed another great meal! read more

Starting with drinks and light food. Mango frozen margarita..... BEST MARGARITA in town. So sweet, taste awesome and ordered food and my tab is only 35$ for first round. Not bad. Having a blast. Bartender is a sweet girl, very nice and friendly. She actually did her job very well and didn't ignore us. 8pm 9pm 10pm...... Back now to write the rest of my review. This was a very perfect casual night out. The drinks were awesome. My friend ordered a Caribbean pineapple breeze type of drink and it was wonderful. We got two meals, steak&chicken parm, 3 alcoholic drinks, and a dessert that was big enough for us (2people)to split. We got apple caramel ice cream pie and it was absolutely DELICIOUS. All that ended up being just a little under 50 dollars !! Awesome food, great price, steady timing and was so worth it. Highly recommend. read more

Cannot beat the prices at this place! We got some over cooked steak and stale popcorn but other than that we had a fantastic dinner. Mango mai tai delicious and the mozzarella moons had a fantastic cheese pull ! T was our server and was very attentive. Overall it's a decent place to eat and for not a bad price read more

The food I got was amazing and the waters/waitresses were very polite and we're awsome.

Have to admit that I never got to try their food. I'm staying at the nearby Hilton Garden Inn and the 99 provides their room service. Called them twice, only to be put on hold both times, and no one ever came back on the phone either time. Considering I'm going to be staying at this hotel for business for 15 weeks over the next year they've (the 99) already missed getting a potentially good customer. read more

I'm not one that likes to review chain restaurants but this place deserves some credit. They have become a staple when we are caught in a jam or need a night out when avoiding downtown during the summer. This 99 is different from the rest. We have only had 1 issue and the manager actually took care of everything for us and credited us a refund. There is always a crowd and the place seems pretty clean. I wish their take out was better. I can't stand the drive up with the car to wait 20 minutes for the whole transaction...how is this convenient? At least at Chili's, you run in through the side door and the food is right there waiting for you read more

This location is excellent. The food is always good and the prices are decent. Sometimes the takeout is a bit of a wait but they tell you the proper expected wait time when you call ahead. The staff are always nice to me even when it's hectic. read more

Excellent service. Food came out hot and delicious! Brenda did a fantastic job and made our stay worth while.

I really don't expect much when I walk into such a corporate establishment but when you have a valid coupon that brought with you through the door and your waitress tells you it has to be printed out to use it something has gone terribly wrong. We walked right out and she didn't even try getting a manager to help keep us in the restaurant. The most aggravating thing about this experience is that I eventually printed the coupon out and then gave it to my Dad to use so he could kill some time while waiting for me one day. He went to use it and the waitress at the Falmouth location said it had expired but the establishment honored it for him anyways. Go figure. read more

Food sucks brought my family in here. Waited and waited it took forever to get my food. The waitress couldn't get it together had ask another waitress to bring out our food. When we got it was cold and I was mad. read more

Not that great! I had salmon and the bottom layer was dark, the broccoli had no flavor and the rice was a little hard. My husband said his steak was not that good. Food is always good but the service has been getting slower and slower steadily. Ordered my meal before people next to me and they received and finished there's before mine came out! Time to try a new location this one just isn't cutting it anymore! read more

I love this resteraunt! Very clean! Staff is very friendly and food was cooked perfectly! Fast service! Great place to bring the family!

Starting off, the menu was exquisite however we didn't receive our menus for 5 minutes and were placed in a precarious situation. We received our menus with a snarky remark from our waiter who questions our comprehension of the online menu option displayed to our left. We then placed an order on the so called "outrageous" potato skins, let me tell you they were outrageous. Shit. Tasted like cardboard and couldn't even swallow the semen like cheese. The Plymouth south lacrosse team was staring down my gullet as I slurped up my burger and Luke warm fries, it led to an unpleasant feeling in my gut. Speaking of guts the waiter was obesely fat and it made me unable to eat my meal. I politely asked the manager to put on the basketball game, he then repeated this Statement. And I quote " if you wanna look at my bulge just say so but I will kick your ass". This statement came out of nowhere but I was taken aback so I politely asked again, he then hit me with a one-two mayweather and I was rendered unconscious. I was not awake but my friends told me the manager had twerked on my unconscious body and ran out of the store with his shirt off. Overall though this is the best 99 I've been too. 99 more like 100 lul. read more

The only reason I am giving the 99 1 star and not just the emoji is the food was very good but the service was THE worst I have ever experienced. My friends and I sat at the bar and not once did either bartender Jon or Tracy ask us how our meal was or if we needed drinks. If one of us asked for something they quickly turned away without acknowledging the rest of us. My food sat for a good half hour before she asked if I wanted to wrap it up. My friend's drink sat empty for twenty minutes without being noticed. We watched as the bartenders went around the bar asking other patrons if they needed anything yet completely ignored us. A beer was spilled on the counter and as it was being cleaned up (I am already holding my salad up off the counter) the bartender asked me to move my beer as well. So don't bother going here if you're not a regular. Enjoy my 98 cent tip as it's 98 cents more than you deserve. read more

The 4 of us stopped in for dinner on a Saturday evening in April. The parking lot and the restaurant were full. We were given a table, we asked for a booth. We had to wait while a booth was cleared. The busser was wonderful, very polite. The waitress was not happy we were in her section. I ordered chicken parmesian and a garden salad, my partner ordered Louisiana shrimp, the kids ordered burgers with various toppings. The other tables got popcorn, we did not even when asked, she forgot the salad until i reminded her when the other good came. It came a while later. The food was good and plenty of it as we have come to expect from 99s. Real chicken breast in the chicken parm, shrimp just spicy enough. We all ate about half and saved the rest for later. We gave the waitress 2 gift cards one with $5.35, the other with $75 on it and asked her to use the $5 card first. She used the $75 card first. 2 Dinners, 2 burgers, 1 salad, 4 soft drinks, $63, $5 tip. read more

We couldn't find Panera so we decided to try the 99. We were greeted at the door and shown to a table. So far so good. I ordered a coffee with extra milk . I got it after a few minutes with 3 tiny cups of milk. Our waitress disappeared despite the fact that the place was almost empty but I finally flagged someone to ask for more milk. My husband ordered sirloin tips and I ordered French onion soup and a wedge salad. The sirloin was gristly, the soup was warm and barely mediocre. The wedge was wilted on the outside, bacon cold, clumpy and greasy, not good. I know it was a 99, a chain restaurant but come on, at least try. My milk came halfway through the "meal" after the coffee was cold. I ate half my meal because I was famished, and my husband said he enjoyed the carrots. I would actually give this no stars. Should have looked harder for the Panera. read more

Food was to be expected as any chain restaurant would produce. Our waitress was slow and took forever to fulfill an order. We waited 10 minutes for a drink order. The manager did follow up and said hello to our table but he did over see his staff otherwise he would have noticed the terrible service. It wasn't even crowded. There really is no excuse. Chain restaurants you expect a certain level of speed and consistency. Also, the men's bathroom was filthy. read more

After a friendly greeting and taking our drink and appetizer order our waitress returned with our drinks. Several minutes went by and we did not see her or the appetizer a young man looks like a manager, brought our sandwiches out. We asked him for the appetizer he said he didn't know where it was at and he would look into it he would take it off our ticket and let us take it home. 5 minutes more or waitress shows up and says she has no idea what happened to our appetizer. considering that was the first time we seen her since the drinks were delivered I'm not surprised.. she then went to investigate about the appetizers, told us we could had take the appetizers with us, more time went by she came and got our empty plates, more time goes by we're waiting for our appetizer to show up in the to go bag. And we asked for our ticket- it took her even longer then .Too much time went by for her to ignore our table the way she did and expect any more than the tip that we left her read more

There is this older lady here; no idea of her name, but she's honestly the best server of all time. She's funny, charismatic, and honestly makes the whole dining experience absolutely wonderful. Once again, no idea of her name, but whoever you are lady; keep it up. You rock. Food is good too... Love the tea with popping bobas. Popcorn could be warmer but hey; it's all good if you have this chick as your server. read more

I have been going to 99 restaurants for a good long time period. Usually I don't have any issue at all, but on Memorial Day we stopped by with my wife for lunch and upon arrivals the host welcoming us and said there will a waiting period between 10 to 15 minutes and whatever the reasons is and I saw more than 5 tables empty to the left side of the restaurant. I asked the hostess what about a table over there she said something like they are reserved for more than two peoples so we decided to leave. This is not a good business practice for a repeated customer at 1:30 PM when almost the lunch crowds are almost gone and hardly any one there to be asked to wait while tables are available. Usually the excuses are, we are cleaning the table wait for a few minutes. Also I would like to ad that this 99 locations his service lately is slow and the food quantity is being reduced, and they screw most of your order and a lot of waitresses in and out. read more
