This time we brought the whole family for dinner. I'd recommend reservations on weekends since it was packed, but we got seated right away because we planned ahead. Our waitress was top-notch -- high energy, charming, attentive. I'd give her 6 stars if I could! She read our crew well and adapted to each individual at the table -- a skill that clearly came from experience, and it served her (and us) well. Everything we had was great: cocktails, appetizers, dinner -- not a bad thing on the table. But the standouts for me were the Buffalo Cauliflower and the Spicy Shrimp Shio Ramen. For drinks, the seasonal Crazy (whiskey, Amaro Montenegro, beet, cayenne, lemon, egg white) and the Veruca Salt (tequila, coconut, avocado, pineapple, lime) were both incredible. Coincidently the last one we had with the quinoa mishap had very little to no personality shining through and did not crack a smile the entire time so that was a little off putting but we still enjoyed our time there with some family. It's extremely difficult to hear anyone when the music is playing as it's honestly not set at a reasonable level and we avoid coming in the evenings as we like to sit in the bar area where it gets hella loud. Overall an ok place to grab a bite. It feels sticky and a little less than ideal clean a lot of the time so I wouldn't say it's anything to highly recommend but it'll do when you gotta have Mexican food and you're in the area.

Service was friendly, prompt, and efficient. The rolls came out hot with honey butter. I got a 14 oz ribeye steak with a Caesar salad and fries for $29.99. It wasn't Michelin dining but it was quite good, and after eating lobster multiple times per day during this four day Maine trip, a solid slab of beef really hit the spot. If I had to nitpick, the Caesar salad dressing could use a little more garlic and/or lemon as it tasted a little plain like just bland creaminess as opposed to a real caesar dressing but cmon I know this is a Texas Roadhouse, I'm not going to nitpick. Overall great experience. I doubt I'll be in Augusta again anytime soon, but if I was, I would go here again.

The salad was fresh, but the dressing was on the side, which is uncommon for a ceasar. The chicken was tough and chewy. It's wasnt great. Its not a bad place and the food was decent. I think your expected to pay at the bar, but our server took it for us. I probably wouldn't eat here unless I was staying in the hotel. If you want a simple meal, go for it.
