If…read moreyou're ever in the city of Baldwin Park and like shopping at Walmart, may I suggest you go see Angel in the produce section he helped this senior citizen out tremendously even though he was busy working. Angel was very kind to go get plastic bags so I could I put my fruits and veggies from the back and brought some for me and everybody else that was shopping for groceries. Also there was this nice young lady I can't remember her name but she was very helpful and showed me where I might find Italian dressing. I have no idea how this woman is allowed to work in the front!!!!! We were here at about 3pm checking out and while she was helping a customer in front of us, he asked her for a bag and she replied "Well ten cents" so he started looking for change in his wallet. He took out a quarter and with a voice filled with attitude told the man who very clearly had trouble speaking English "How many do you want? I said ten cents" and he replied "Yes one bag" and so she proceeded to put his quarter back on the shelf and take a dime away from him. I get it, maybe it's easier to just get the dime instead of giving him change for a quarter but maybe he just didn't understand. No need to be rude! THEN - when we had room to put our stuff on the conveyor belt, I was waiting for a bar to separate our items and she literally THROWS the bar towards us on top of the conveyor belt instead of using the designated space to slide it down on. My mom and I just stared at each other in disbelief, had that just happened?? Whatever, we proceeded to put our items down and once it came time for her to scan our TV in our cart, she stood there with a scanner in hand and didn't say a word but expected us to somehow magically know we have to push our shopping cart around to her. Has this woman ever heard of speaking to customers to let them know what we need to do? Usually when we have big items in our carts the employee comes around and scans it but I guess that's too much work for her. Then, I was handing her my ID card for her to verify my age since I was purchasing alcohol and she completely ignored it so I put it away since she had already scanned the alcohol anyways. Someone tell me why this lady then pauses the whole transaction to stand there just staring at me. I'm confused now and don't say a word either since that's the attitude I'm receiving she can get it right back!! With an obvious anger in her tone, she says "ID???" so I give it to her AGAIN. What a horrible way to treat your customers. Why work in customer service if you can't provide a simple smile and a nice attitude?

Today, someone finally answered our call -- a girl who spoke so quietly, she was impossible to hear even with the volume turned all the way up. When I asked her to repeat what she said, she just went silent and hung up. After that, every time we call, we're being redirected straight to voice mail. This kind of behavior is absolutely unprofessional and completely unacceptable -- especially when we are talking about people's health and potentially life-threatening delays.

Admittedly, this was a communication error between my doctor and I in regards to what my dose amount should have been. It was settled immediately and my doctor's office submitted a new "urgent" script to Polaris. In the following days, Polaris still denied my request for a refill, claiming they didn't receive anything from my doctor and I should contact them again. This claim was an apparent lie as my nurse practitioner called Polaris and confirmed they did receive my script but turned it down, and they couldn't give her a reason as to why (biggest red flag ever). When I finally did get a script delivered, it was the old WRONG one. Last month's prescriptions were never delivered and no representative ever responded to my attempted outreaches. My messages turned from blue to green and no longer say delivered (?) so maybe they blocked me. I ditched them today for another pharmacy. Overall: Communication was all over the place, they got scripts wrong, my doctor's office called them "sketchy" and you're better off using another provider.
