I was shocked to see such a diverse restaurant community in Moab. Who knew, authentic Vietnamese and Thai cuisine in the middle of nowhere?!? We had the Banh mi Sandwich and pho soup. Both were very delicious and extremely satisfying. I feel like the sandwich could have used a little more meat. The only noodle option for the pho was rice noodle, I prefer egg noodle, but I still loved my dish. read more

Great variety! I had the vegan cheesesteak sandwich and it was the best I've ever had. Full of flavor and ooey-gooey yumminess. My husband had the Uinta tangerine hop nosh IPA with the cold rice noodle salad. He put a bit of hoisin sauce on it and he was amazed at how tasty it was...he's not a vegan. He also ate 1/2 of my sandwich and said it was the best cheesesteak he's had in a very long time. He kept asking me if it was really vegan. P. S. He loved the tangerine ale, too. read more

I was recently in Moab for a rafting trip in western Colorado, and two of our guides recommended this restaurant for dinner. The food was good but the service was not great... maybe due in part to computer issues (?), according to what one of the staffers said but I don't think that's the whole story. I wanted to eat outside and that request was initially ignored. I left after requesting a spot and was paged about 20 minutes later, only to be told a table was available inside. When I finally got a seat outside, the staff had brought a table that didn't really fit. I felt like a child sitting at a low level with a very high table. On top of that (pun intended), the server was more interested in paying lots of attention to a local who resembled Alexander Skarsgård, rather than to me. She didn't notice I hadn't received my drink by the time dinner arrived, nor did she even bother to bring condiments for the pho I ordered. When it started to rain, she seemed to taunt me and other customers: "Are you *afraid* of the rain? I'm not afraid of the rain," she said. Honey, I lived in Seattle. I'm not afraid of no rain. the restaurant and service was trash. i had the same situation with many people who commented. i was told that i have to wait for 40 mins since there was many people waiting. and a waitress told me you could hang out for a while and come back in 40 mins. i went back and the only thing i saw is a sign said "we are closed". i was so angry and want to have a valid reason. the waitress told me they were run out of food. she said she already called me. and i did not receive any call from her. i cannot imagine such trash restaurant can survive in america. i dont know how my comments can influence it, but people want to eat here should decide wisely, you would be full of angry. again, never eat here, i hope it shut down as soon as possible. read more

Incredible food!!! Seriously one of the best I have ever had. Soup (Pho) with lemongrass chicken is FANTASTIC! As is their Philly Cheese Steak!! I vacillate between four and five stars here, so if there were a 4.5 option I would have chosen that. I'm rounding up because I hit this place up six times while I was in town, so that tells you something, and it is Moab, so this is actually a great restaurant for a little town in the desert. They use quality ingredients, which showed, and that is very important to me. The pho is clean, but not what you might be expecting if you are from an area where pho is prominent, as it is pretty bland - three of us tried it and all had the same impression. We also tried the pickled deviled eggs (twice), which were good, but the kimchi was what really made it. The banh mi salad was a complete winner with all of us, and I ended up ordering it on five occasions - yea, I was in Moab for a bit ;) The salad was super clean, large enough to fill you up, and obviously a do-over. Service is hit and miss and really slow, but that is the name of the game everywhere now. The place gets slammed every night that it is open, so go early and be willing to wait. I will absolutely go back next time that I am in town. read more

If I could give it a zero I would. If you've never had real Vietnamese pho before, you might be ok with it. But this is pho was just bad. The soup base is awful without the correct spices at all. I live in Southern California where we can get real pho from real Vietnamese good. This i wouldn't even call pho, sorry. read more

I was expecting a good pho, like I know them. 12usd well I took a beef pho..not worth it totally disappointing. a good pho should be around 7 to 8usd. this restaurant could cook salad or other food it would have been better I guess. only the decoration of the place is "cool". even banh mi are expensive. read more

Came here thinking we were going to have pho and was very disappointed. The broth tasted nothing like it should. It shouldn't even be called pho. I can't pinpoint exactly what it was, but it tasted like warm vinegar water with random spices. Dishes are overpriced for what you get. Also it took way too long for the food to come out. All the food we had was delicious. Very big portions except for scallops appetizer but they were still delicious. The salad was huge as was the beef pho. Cookie and ice cream dessert on point. Definitely worth everything. read more

The food is not bad. I had a sandwich of some kind and my wife ordered pho. By now, if you've read the reviews, you know they charge a 15% service fee on the bill. Ok, not a huge problem, but the food is so inappropriately overpriced already. My rule of thumb in pricing is it has to accomplish at least one of two things if it costs more than like $8: fill me up, or taste very good. This did neither. Portion size is laughably small for the cost. I'll definitely go elsewhere in Moab when I return. read more

Stumbled into this new place on a Monday night, to find some great live music to accompany our dinner. Had the scallops, amazing! Tried the beef pho for my entree and it was great- and even made w/ rice noodles, which means all of us gluten intolerant folks can enjoy it. The cocktail list was interesting and well rounded. I really enjoyed the Serrano sour- a spicy drink. Great all around experience, especially because we were able to have dinner late(after 10:00). read more

My husband and I were really disappointed with how long it took to get our drinks. I am not exaggerating when I say it took 45 minutes for our cocktails to be brought out. When had finished our entire meal before the drinks came. When they finally arrived, the waitress laughed and said "Liquid dessert!" like it was just what we wanted. Sorry, but we wanted our drinks when we ordered them, almost an hour ago. I wish the waitress had been more apologetic about the incredibly slow service; she was very flippant instead. read more

While visiting Moab, my husband found 98 Center.....offered vegan food for me as well as nonvegan for him. It was all delicious! I had the vegan Philly cheesesteak......absolutely yummy! He had a pork banh mi sandwich and said it was delicious! Great service, wide variety of vegan and non-vegan delicious food, and fair prices.....sorry we were only visiting or else we'd eat here at least once a week! read more

What a great find a little off the beaten path in Moab! We found this place on Yelp and saw the excellent reviews it was getting. So we decided we needed to see it for ourselves. And we were not disappointed! We came in for lunch and our party of 8 were seated immediately. The beef pho was fantastic with a rich broth and plenty of meat. The bahn mi was large, packed with flavor and just the right amount of spicy. They even had kids portions of the pho and our kids absolutely loved it!
