This place was so good we ended up eating there twice. Delicious mocktail and cocktail. Both the Vegan sandwich options are to die for along with side salad. Don't pass up on dessert either. The warm peanutbutter cookie with dairy free ice cream melts in your mouth. I definitely will go back next time I'm in town. read more

Absolutely amazed by the presentation, quality of food, the attention to being local and just delicious. If you want something healthy, definitely get dinner here. We got pho, deviled eggs and salad with pork. You will not be disappointed! read more

As I am not from the area, I was looking for something hot while I was visiting Moab for the holidays. The weather at the time was freezing so when I saw a Pho Restaurant I got over there fast and I was very satisfied with the service and time it took to receive my food. I do have to say the bowls were a little small compared to any other pho place I've been to but it definitely made it up with the flavor. If I am ever in Moab again I definitely would eat here again. read more

Extremely fresh ingredients and good quality. I usually cannot eat Asian foods due to soy, but all their dressings are soy free (&tasty)!

The banh mi sandwiches are soo good. We got a steak sandwich and a pork belly sandwich with a couple sauces on the side (have no idea what the sauces were but they were both great). Wish they opened a little earlier, I'd pack a couple sandwiches to-go before a hike! read more

Kind of over priced. The atmosphere was pretty great though! The food was good and portions were great. The food was a bit bland but it wasn't bad. The kombucha beer was pretty tasty. Highly recommend trying the ginger mint one! read more

It was pretty good. Just way too expensive for what it was. Nearly everything In Breckinridge is though. It had a decent amount of vegetarian options. read more

We picked this restaurant on a whim. Talk about getting lucky. The service was excellent, the food was delicious and I'm pretty sure it was healthy too! read more

Tons of delicious GF offerings! One of the most flavorful steak salads I've ever had.

Stopped in here on Saturday for lunch with my daughter. She had beef Pho and I had the tofu Banh mi sandwich. This is a cute little spot. You place your order at the counter and they'll bring it to you. The menu was very friendly to vegetarians and vegans but also had some omni items too. The Banh mi was delicious, The bread was chewy and delicious, the veggies were pickled well and the tofu was pressed well and not too wet. My daughter enjoyed her pho (made special for her picky self with no vegetables or green things showing.. lol). I tried the pho broth and it was a little bland.. not a lot of depth to it, but tasted like just beef broth. For the picky 7 yr old, it was perfect though. If we would be in town longer I would have checked out more of their fare. I liked the relaxed vibe, ethereal music and wanted to try just about everything! read more

Mushroom cheesesteak sammie was amazing. Best I've ever had. Get the footlong and share with a friend. Veggie pho was great! Got the veggie kimchi nachos which were good but ended up costing the same as an entre with avocado and they didn't melt the cheese on the nachos which was weird. read more

One word----Excellent. I had the Classic Pho. The best I had. Our server Raja Ra recommended I have the pork belly as the protein. WOW. Wife had some salad I can't remember the name of. She was extremely happy with it. Also with the pork belly. read more

Love this place! Eat here as often as we can. Don't miss the pork belly appetizer. Love that they make miracle noodles an option.

Our guide at T-Rex Tours recommended this place and I'm so glad he did ! The chicken cheesesteak is to die for ! We are visiting from out of town and I have a feeling I'll be dreaming about this meal for a long time to come! Best meal we had in Moab ! read more

We ordered the nachos and pho, and ate it on our tailgate while watching the sunset. The nachos and pho were both very delicious. Everything was packed well and easy to take to go. read more

This place is a gem!! I had the salad with steak that you see in the pics, it was super fresh, tender steak, and very very flavorful. I also had the pork belly app, of I had been dining in I would have ordered another or was that good!! On top of all that the service (take out) was fantastic and all very safe for these COVID times read more

Oh man - this place hit the spot. Unexpectedly delicious philly cheesesteak sub - and decent pho. Nachos were tasty and drinks were excellent. Very cool vibe to the place, and service was excellent. Definitely will stop in again! read more

This is the best food in Moab...actually I don't know that for sure but it's one of the best restaurants I've eaten in anywhere so I assume it's the best in Moab. An amazing combination of super healthy, responsibly sourced food with just absolute soulful flavors. The Pho broth was made from true slow simmered bone broth and the flavor was amazing. The pork belly was also incredible. Super cool, comfortable setting. I don't know what else to tell you...just go. read more

Banh mi was really good!!!It does not taste like your regular banh mi. We did takeout. The place is small and was packed. Will definitely go back. read more

We really enjoyed this restaurant - from the friendly greeting at the door from our server, to the incredible menu choices. The salads were amazing (and big), Vietnamese coffee was so good and actually had a non-dairy healthy option for us dairy free people. My husband had the Bahn Mi sandwich (flank steak) on a soft authentic French roll and loved it. We left with a homemade-tasting peanut butter cookie which was melted in your mouth. All around a great stop on our way from Summit County, Colorado to Scottsdale, Arizona. It's not often you find a foodie menu that is health-conscious. Can't wait to go back again! read more

After a long day of active time outside, my husband and I were ravenous. We were greeted upon walking into this restaurant and the staff were attentive and kind, obviously proud of the food they were serving. For Covid, they were only serving take out, which was fine by us, and it's nice to see a place taking the pandemic seriously. We were not sure one dish each would be as filling as we wanted, so we selected a variety of foods. Two salted caramel cookies, pulled pork nachos, a tofu bahn mi sandwich and a 12 inch cheesesteak sandwich. They portions were large, and the food was delicious, clearly fresh. We easily could have been satisfied with less, but we are glad we tried more on the menu. Will happily go back. Excited to find this in Moab! read more

i LOVE LOVE their noodle salad! This place has been my go-to restaurant in Moab. Workers are really nice and friendly too.

Food and cocktails both pretty good. Really liked sugar snap pea gin drink. Got the bahn mi salad with pork which was great - lots of topping and good dressing. Also tried the pho which was okay but not the most flavorful and the restaurant was too hot to enjoy it. The scallop appetizer was good and the rice noodle salad was also okay. Really if I went back I would just order the bahn mi salad. Service could have been better. read more

My favorite restaurant in Moab! If you're looking for mouthwatering gluten-free dishes while in town - this place has them! They also have fantastic (and inventive) cocktails on the menu. I'll definitely be back! read more

Absolutely delicious!! I'm not even normally an fusion meal person but omg this is fantastic, well done! Glad I listened to Yelp and ordered the Banj mi salad with beef, wow. We also had the noodle salad with chicken, very yum too! We also had the nachos which was absolutely yum. Great job! read more

Excellent spot for healthy options. Since it was a warm day, we sat in their outside area. We did not get to try the pho (too warm) though the salads were amazing. Fresh ingredients and wonderful flavors. Only disappointment was the grilled chicken bahn mi which was a little greasy. The friendly severs made this a nice lunch. read more

I definitely would recommend this restaurant for dinner. It's one of the few that's open late on Fridays and Saturdays, which is perfect if you decided to catch a sunset at one of the parks in the Moab area. The tofu banh mi and pho were both enjoyable, but the pho tasted much better as leftovers the next day (perhaps it didn't have enough time to develop flavor initially). The peach crumble dessert was outstanding, and the rosemary ice cream was the real highlight: one of the most complex flavors of ice cream I've ever tasted. The ambiance was lively but not crazy, the service was friendly, and the value was very good for the money. read more

Delicious find in Moab. The flavor of everything we ordered was super yummy. We got the nachos to start which was a fun fusion to try.

Such an awesome local restaurant. The owner was super friendly and came out from the kitchen and chatted with my business partner and I. The food was excellent, loved the pork nachos! Drinks were great as well! Will be going back everytime I am in town. read more

Great pho and bahn mi! We liked the margaritas too. Good service. The surprise was the vegan mocha chip "cheesecake". Excellent!!

Try-to-be-trendy place. Service was borderline. To the business owner/manager.. work on this. We had mixed results from our party of 4. The pho and vegan pho were both deemed the worst they had ever had. The noodle quality was also horrible. Portion size is small.. and at $15 a bowl.. costs almost twice as much as a genuine Vietnamese restaurant. The lemongrass pork banh mi sandwich was tasty. Well balanced flavor and the bun had a good toasted crunch on the outside. The only issue though.. there is NO lemongrass flavor. So while it was a good sandwich it did not match its advertised name. $9 I opted for the $2 upgrade on the sandwich in order to swap the kettle chips for a side salad. Black ginger dressing i think? A bit fish saucy and gingery.. it was fine but nothing to rave about. Overall impression.. not recommended at all. If you have to eat here please get the banh mi sandwich and NOT THE PHO. read more

Great atmosphere, amazing tasty Bahn Mi sandwiches , huge fresh salads with locally sourced vegetables specific to each dish. Having said all of that.. we were so looking forward to Pho bowls and they had just run out of bone broth. Not sure how a noodle place lets that happen. Very disappointing. Rest of the meal was delicious. I do have one recommendation, - ask your server to write down your order - going by memory doesn't always work. read more

I'd like to give 98 Center a review, but after waiting 25 minutes for my order -- which I gave to the server before I even sat down, I left. It even took five minutes to bring me water, and despite checking twice and appearing surprised that no food had been delivered, I saw no food. Hang it all, there are plenty of places to eat in Moab. I went somewhere else. read more

Everything here was absolutely phenomenal. This adorable restaurant with 5-star service is located in downtown Moab, right off of Centre. I definitely recommend making this a stop if you're in town. The menu was described as "asian fusion/vegetarian friendly" to me, but it's got something for everyone. They are more than happy to help cater to vegetarians, vegans, gluten- and dairy-free diets. However, as someone who doesn't have any special diet, the whole menu still sounded delicious to me. My one friend ordered a salad - it was huge, beautifully plated and delicious. My other two friends ordered pho and said it was some of the best pho they'd had. I opted to order a cheesesteak. As someone born and raised in Philadelphia, I have to say this one was authentic! Especially since it came on an amoroso bun. My favorite part, though, was the extensive mocktail menu (the cocktail menu is fantastic too, but I'm not drinking right now so after a long day of hiking, a tasty mocktail was much appreciated.) They also serve delicious vietnamese coffee. read more

Had a couple of cocktails, a pulled pork Bahn mi and a cup of pho broth. Was pleasantly surprised. Everything was great.

We were in Moab for two nights and we had dinner here both nights... so I guess that tells you a little about how we feel about this place. The place is small-ish but enough seatings for both booth, and community style high table. Staff is friendly, but the second night we were here when it was busy, it was a little slow to put everything in, maybe it was understaffed? There's one gentleman working there that is super bubbly and friendly, unfortunately I forgot his name... Food wise, we've tried pickled deviled eggs, bahn mi nachos, mien chay (noodle salad), beef cheesesteak (unexpected, maybe, but I'll get back to it in a bit), vegan pho w/ lemongrass tofu and beef pho. Everything was delicious!!! Deviled eggs were different than most you've seen and were stopped with braised pull pork. The first night we ordered it, the pork was slightly dry, but it wasn't unbearable. The homemade kimchi is the star. I'd eat the whole jar of it if that was an option on the menu. Nacho, I don't really like nachos, and I rarely order it, but we had to give it a try because it sounds so interesting. It also had braised pull pork in it, kimchi (can we have more please?) and lots of veggie. It comes in a HUGE BOWL and we were joking saying no way we finished it. Little did we know, we ate it all... The noodle salad (with chicken add-on) was delicious, and I love how much veggies were in it. It's a little on the smaller side, compared to the bahn mi salad that came in a gigantic salad bowl (we just saw them on the way out to other tables. Wish we also got to try it). Now, let's talk about this cheesesteak... drumroll please!!! I know, so unexpected, what is it even doing on the menu in an Asian fusion place? So the answer behind it is the chef is from Philly originally, and he brought a little bit of his hometown to Moab. We were extremely skeptical at first as hubby and I both went to college in Philly, and had our fair share of cheesesteak, and we were recently just in Philly to visit (plus had some cheesesteak). What sold us was, in addition to the rec made by the very bubbly gentleman working here, was the roll, which they get from Amoroso from Philly. Yes, you hear me right, Amoroso! Even it didn't have Whiz as an option (American cheese), we went with it and it was soooooooo delicious. We both love it, and I stole so many bites from hubby and felt no shame! It was one of the yummiest cheesesteak we have outside of Philly... So yes, go ahead, and order it. It does come with two sizes, but I'd say just go ahead and get the large one. read more

Required a 25% tip for takeout then forced you to wait outside in 15 degree weather until it was ready. I get that we're all trying to make the best of the pandemic, but don't abuse the situation. Very small portion for $16. Not a lot of options in Moab but I'd recommend Gilibertos taco shop. read more

Amazing food! Yum! Couldn't stop eating! The only reason I gave it four stars is because of the size of building and how packed it was! The food is why, and immediately upon taste, I understood why it was packed (even on a Sunday evening, plus it's Moab)! The service was good, but it was obvious the server was having a challenge getting orders, and keeping them straight. They did fine, though, despite the small space and the crowded room. Thank you for the delicious food, I will return, probably tomorrow!! read more
