Absolutely great service!!! I called in really early Sunday morning and they were very friendly. They work weekends which is a huge plus, since I didn't want to go without hot water for more than a day. Since my water heater was 11 years old, I decided to get it replaced instead of trying to repair it myself. It was the more expensive route but was a better route because they told me I could potentially be putting in tons of money to repair the water heater... & it still may not even work. All I have to say is wow! Brady did such an excellent job , I was very impressed with how professional this company is! When I needed my hot water heater replaced they answered my call the first time, the plumber called me personally, and they scheduled me out as soon as they could. This company has a super easy appointment system. I was able to schedule a visit within 24 hours of my call to 911 Water Heaters for a non-emergency issue. I received a call almost exactly 30 minutes before the plumbers showed up to verify that someone would be home. The plumbers arrived at the start of the time window that we agreed to when I set up the appointment! The plumbers (there were two) were friendly, professional, informative and efficient. I was given good information about the state of my current hot water heater situation including a tutorial on how tankless water heaters work. However, I was not pressured into a replacement and I was not up-sold services beyond what was needed to make the repair. This is the place to call for all your water heater needs. read more

Let me tell you! When you have kids, there's something important you need to have on a daily basis, and that is HOT WATER. Well, when my water heater stopped working, I really wasn't sure who to turn toor who to call. When I stumbled upon these guys and their great reviews , I knew they could help. My hot water heater gave out while I was taking a shower and getting ready for work. It felt like the ice bucket challenge all over again. The name fits the company perfect! I was really relieved when I called after my hot water heater had been leaking all over the floor that we were able to make a same day appointment to get a replacement hot water heater!  I really loved that their worker called about 20 minutes ahead of time to give us a heads up when he would be there exactly. Not only was he on time but he was very helpful when it came to moving furniture around to get the old tank out of the house. I also got a drip pan too so that I can avoid a mess when this tank goes out way later down he road.  He also asked if I had any questions or concerns but everything was great! Really nice and genuine guys who work here.  They were always willing to go above and beyond what I had asked from them.  After calling a few plumbing places I just wasn't happy with anyone else.  After discussing the project I wanted to do I knew I wanted to use 911 Water Heaters.  I didn't need my project done right away but I assure you that they would've made it happen fast for me if I needed it.  They helped me decide which brand of tankless water heater would be best for me.  They always answered my questions with honesty.  They have great prices and it seems like they are willing to travel for their customers. THE STAFF HERE GIVES AMAZING SERVICE! Which is a reason enough to call them in the first place. Their front desk girl (can't recall her name) helped me turn off my water when I noticed the leaking. When their plumber Ryan got here he started working on replacing my water heater right away. He didn't waste any time and was really efficient! It was also super comfortable having him in my home. I called this morning and they sent a plumber by mid-day. Jason evaluated the old water heater and recommended it be replaced. Apparently water leaking from the bottom isn't a good sign :/ He was able to get a replacement in less than an hour! He hauled away the old water heater, cleaned up the damp area, all as if the leaking never happened. I am very pleased with the new water heater, the work he did and his awesome attitude. I knew nothing about selecting a water heater; I only knew Rheem was considered one of the best.  Through my research I came across 911 Water Heaters and decided to ask questions.  First, I communicated with Ryan via email.  He gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision.  Second, Travis called me and answered one more question, that's when I decided to go with 911 Water Heaters.  Third, around 2:30 I received a call from Luke and we ironed out the specifics -- we set a date for 9:00-9:30 the next morning.  Luke and Ryan arrived right on time; a little ahead as a matter of fact.  They were highly professional; very respectful young men.  They removed the old water heater and installed the new one in just under 2 hours.  They explained everything to me about my new water heater and they were on their way.  A pleasant good-bye ended the transaction.  I will have no problem calling on these guys again. After a very long week, I was having trouble with my hot water heater. The shower would be lukewarm for a couple of moments before being outrageously cold. I googled the reasons this could be happening and was immediately terrified about how much it would potentially cost to fix. Enter 911 Water Heaters. I called Travis Thursday afternoon and he was available to come out the next day to take a look. Not only was that a faster timeline than any other service I looked at, minimizing the number of cold showers, he was available on Friday and accommodating of the time I needed! Travis was very kind and professional, super communicative and showed up on time. After checking out the hot water heater, he told me it was the pilot control valve AND told me how long it would take to fix and how much it would cost before he did anything. One of our hot water heaters was leaking and given the age of the other one (we have 2), we decided to get both replaced. The cost was exactly the same for each. There was no break on labor for getting both water heater replaced at the same time. I was hoping for a discount for getting two and that was a bit disappointing but understandable. None the less, I'm very happy with the quality of the work that was done and would not hesitate to use 911 for future water heater repairs. read more
