Rented an e-bike from this company. Be sure that before you leave the premise you have been thoroughly and completely briefed on every aspect of the bike. Unfortunately, I wasn't. Halfway out on a 20 mile ride I dismounted to take a break--hardly unusual behavior. When I got ready to ride the return 10 miles the battery was off.
