They are so nice, helpful and friendly, and they handle dogs and owners SO well, including any dog behavior issues or "dog dominance" conflicts. But they also have a solid small menu of food, non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages. And a menu of treats for pups, and sometimes dog-related merch. Enter and find some IG-worthy photo backdrops for you and your dog. Then there are dog runs, separate gates for large and smaller dogs, and a large covered patio with great shade all day (food must be consumed on the patio; drinks can go out into the "yard" or park area, but do watch out for dogs who might want to "nose" your beverage! Don't have a great place to bath your dog at home? Bathing and grooming stations. Splash pad in warm months. Muttz' website has all the info you need to bring your dog (proof of vaccinations are required.) And all pricing options! No dog? No entrance fee! Whether you have a dog or just like them - Muttz is a fun place to be!

We had a few cocktails as the dogs played. What was very impressive were the "bark rangers" who encouraged us to walk around as they looked after our dogs (good for bathroom breaks and drink refills). We went in the beginning of January so we look forward to checking it out again when it's warmer outside!

I was a little reluctant to order the chicken dish because I wanted the sauce on the side, but it came with the dish. However, I'm so glad that I went with the chicken dish because it was absolutely delicious! Our server ( Anahi) was so gracious and helpful and made sure that everything came out just perfect. The only drawback was that it was a little loud and obviously the restaurant can't control the noise level. 04-04-2026 We came back for brunch on Easter Sunday, and it was even better than we thought! They had a Chilaquiles station, all kinds of delicious salads. My favorite was the beet salad with feta. They also had prime rib and all kinds of brunch favorites. My favorite dish out of all of them was the posole bar, with all the fixings. I wish I would've taken pictures, but I was so eager to eat that I forgot.

We had a nice shady table close to the bar and wood fired pizza oven. While we didn't partake of pizza, their bread came out of the same oven. It was great with the roasted olives appetizer. Entrees were very original, as I don't remember when or if I've enjoyed a smoked pork lasagne. The chef is known for his creativity. Service was excellent and the owner stopped by to chat. It's a lovely setting and offered fun people watching.

We ordered the Steak Frites, Brussels sprouts, the burger, cocktails, and finished with the peach cobbler and every single thing was amazing. The food, the ambiance, the service, and the hospitality were all top-notch. Our server was wonderful, but what really made the experience stand out was how welcoming everyone was. The owner stopped by our table to say hello and ask how we were enjoying everything, and even brought us some shots. The chef also came out to check on us and make sure we were enjoying our meal. Those little personal touches made the experience feel so special. We were visiting from Colorado, and honestly, this was probably one of the highlights of our trip! There's just something so enjoyable about great food, good conversation, and meeting wonderful locals along the way. I'm not sure when, or if we'll make it back to El Paso, but I would absolutely come back just to eat here again. If you're in the area, you truly can't go wrong with Oak & Antler!

I had a watermelon, mint and tequila cocktail that was as advertised, "summer in a glass!" The comes a braised short rib and Oregon Pinot Noir - both to die for. The puree under the ribs and pumpkin seeds made all the textures and tastes wonderful. (And shame on me. I was so excited by that plate I forgot to take a picture!!) Nooow add in my server, Solomon, and it's nearly a party! But then... here comes the Chef to check on me, and his name?? FREEDOM!! Just soak that in! This is a can't miss spot if you're in El Paso.
