They're known for creatively risky craft cocktails and their thick burgers, so we dove into both, including bacon/cheese burgers and the filthy martini ($18, gin with sardine brine and blue-cheese-stuffed olives!) and the Chupa Mi Chili ($20 Sotol, chili syrup, crema, bitters). She loved the salty/bitter martini (not so much me Lol) and I really liked my Chupa, although about half foamed out of the glass (see vid).
