That is not something a customer should have to navigate. Clear policies, proper staff training, and communication are the responsibility of ownership and management. If I had known I would be charged again, I would not have come back at all. It's not reasonable to pay for two manicures in less than five days. I would expect my nails to last at least two weeks. After several minutes she came to me and told me to go to the front to dry my toes under a fan. She never smiled and was not personable at all. When I refused to tip, the front desk person said " I'll talk to her, we'll make sure you don't have her again". I guess this is acceptable conduct for nail techs in this place. I won't go back.
