What a cool place! I cannot believe this is supposedly closing! We were dragged in for the closing…read morefestival a few weeks ago by a fan of the Noise Pop Festival (obv. a friend of ours)! The ladies restrooms were the best seat to hear the music and relax as an introvert in a need for a break from crowds. I really welcomed that on that day. There are also seats and tables in the back in front of the merch people. The walls are full of great posters and mementos, and the front room is decorated with whimsical faux rooftops. The sign is an incredibly intricate and well designed Neon Sign, I hope that goes to a museum somewhere close, if it must be detached from the building. We didn't have food, but saw people eat and they looked alright during and after their chewing sessions.

Went out to Bottom of the Hill last night to catch an absolutely killer lineup: Honey Run, Noelle…read moreand the Deserters, and the Good Luck Thrift Store Outfit. What a show! All three bands brought serious energy, great vibes, and fantastic performances. The venue itself is everything you want in a classic San Francisco rock club -- intimate, gritty in the best way, with excellent sound and that unbeatable up-close-and-personal feel. You can tell it's a place with real history and character. It's sad to think this might be one of the last times getting to experience a night like this there. Hate to see them go. Bottom of the Hill has hosted so many unforgettable evenings over the years, and this was another one for the books. If you're in SF and love live music, do yourself a favor and get out to this legendary spot while you still can.

It's a cool scene and incredible funky aesthetic with a view of the water and boats and things. Serving elevated Bar food and a full bar. Parking is a challenge because they took any parking that they once had away and added an extra outdoor patio. I was here with my daughter on our day off, which happened to be the same day. We like to drive over the GGB and do a progressive meal where we go to various spots and try a little of something you know from coffee to pastries to sandwiches to cocktails, etc.. This is the most underrated spot I think in San Francisco, and it should be jamming every day. Sounds like they got live music again on Saturdays. This is a great hang. An unassuming, long-term favorite hangout sandwiched between storage lockers and dry dock boat repair and storage not too far from the Warriors stadium. This is a must for locals and for visiting relatives. See you there!

While the line was long, food did come out quick. My girls ordered a cheeseburger and fries, while I did the black bean burger and fries. We got the burgers in half to share them. The fries were perfect. Just the right mixture of crispy on the outside, soft texture on the inside, and the right amount of seasoning. Same with the burgers. I personally loved the black bean burger better, but the cheeseburger was also great. Black bean burger was 5 stars. I'll gladly come back here whenever I am around the area.
