If you like an arm rubbed up and down one side of your back for $70, this is the place for you. Based on the reviews I was hopeful to get someone who knew what they were doing and actually work out my knots. I don't think the lady I got, is actually trained to do massage. I originally was hoping for an hour massage. After 15 minutes in, I told the lady to cut my massage short. I couldn't fathom spending $70 for a full hour. As it was $40 for 20 minutes was too much. 10 minutes was spent translating through an app on the phone. When paying, I gave a $50 bill, with no intention of leaving a tip. When I asked to get $10 back, she only brought me $5 and told me the other $5 is tip. The massage was HORRIBLE. A tip should not be expected for attempting to make an effort. Believe me, if the massage was amazing I would have gladly tip an extra $20, but I'm not a fan of tipping when the service is not there. Huge waste of my time and money. read more

Still going after all these years. They don't do the foot and body anymore but Lilly does a great full body massage for $60. and so does Cindy. I get the combination so that I do get leg and foot involvement. They are the only legit game in the county for this type of massage so we are lucky they remain here in spite of spotty business and the pandemic. NEVER GO HERE. I advise to read. I can put up with some bad service and massages but this was extremely bad! $90 for a deep tissue is standard ish, but amongst someone who knows what they are doing! It felt like a child poking at me, no pressure, and then rushing it. She literally tried to lie about time and stop early. Then when I went to pay they ask for a $40,$50,$60 dollar tip WOW! The massage was okay. I say ok because I've had several in the last 5 years most of them in the Bay Area. I had an 1 hour full body massage for $60.00. I had a question for the lady who was going to give me the massage but there was a huge language barrier. I should of just translated it on my phone, but I was on the table ready to go and had turned my phone off so I could relax for an hour. By the time she was done, I felt that it was more of a strong back rub than a a full body massage. She didn't even touch my calves, feet, toes, arms and fingers. Yes, I like my fingers pulled. By time it was over, I knew it wasn't going to work long term. Got dressed, went up front to pay. I paid her the $60.00 and a $10.00 tip in cash. I would if given her 20% if I felt it was worth it, especially if I wanted to come back as a regular. All of a sudden she spoke English! She told me I needed to give her a $15.00 dollar tip! I'm thinking wt...? I ended up giving her another $5.00 and left. I've never been told I need to give a higher than 20% tip! Maybe a suggestive calculation on an invoice. I am not a massage kind of guy,but the tension and knots in my back were so painful I had to do something about it. I tried ibuprofen and Icy Hot cream to no relief. I read the reviews before I called and they were able to accommodate me right away. My therapist was Cindy this past Tuesday and today. She is a tiny thing and I thought no way is she going to be able to help me, but boy she can work miracles. Especially after today's appointment to work out the same painful locations I feel great again. I did the Swedish 1 hour both times and for $50 bucks, it is definitely worth every penny. Gave her $10 for tip and I am good to go! Oh yeah, the rooms, back ground music, hot towel treatment and clean fresh linens make this place a must go when you are in need of a great massage. Sure hope they have gift certificates come the holidays because everyone will be getting one read more

I enjoyed the massage very much. The lady has strong hands. Did very well on my back. But it was supposed to be a FULL body massage. My feet missed out and such. I would love to go back but I gotta agree with a lot of folks here in how they just would not give up on a TIP. Goodness. I've never seen that before. First, you build some clientele. Great massage! Got the swedish for $50/hr with my fiance. No side-by-side rooms but we were in 2 separate, clean, no frills and comfortable rooms. My masseuse was nice, had strong hands, and really went in on my back and neck. This is your standard Chinese foot massage spot, with only 2 masseuses working at once in a small location. The foot massage is currently $33/hr. There was some confusion when we arrived for our 5pm appointment and the masseuse who spoke much less English than the other kindly asked us return in an hour because they were expecting someone and busy. 15 minutes later we got a call from the other woman who apologized profusely, as we were the appointment they were waiting for! I was completely tramatized after going here several months ago. They do not speak or seem to understand english at all. The lady climbed on the table and straddled me to rub my back. When she finally got off the table she kept forcefully yanking my underwear down regardless of me holding them up while yelling NO! I got up and left at that point (15min into the massage). When going to leave they stopped me to pay and she charged my credit card 3 times for the full hr. I kept telling her she already chaged it, the receipts were printing out and to give me my card back. I even pulled up my card app and showed her the charges already being taken out 3 times. She held up a piece of paper she already had sitting near the cc machine that said " It didn't go through I must run it again." She put it back in the machine a 4th time and i reached across and grabbed my card outta the machine and got the hell outta there. Total scam. The massage was good however my masseuse left two different times while giving my massage to help people that had come through the front door. This amounted to almost 10 minutes. So needless to say I did not receive the hour massage that I had scheduled. To make things worse after the massage, when I went to pay $60 for the hour massage that technically I did not receive, I was told that I had to pay a tip. I am from the Bay Area and have had many massages but have NEVER been told that I HAD to pay a tip. I felt that the masseuse had some nerve asking for a tip. I will not be doing repeat business here! They demanded a tip after I used a gift certificate, thinking the tip was included in the certificate. I didn't bring any cash with me. I have never patronized a business that demanded a tip!! I have had many massages in the past and this one ranks at the bottom. I got a massage from Leelee and she is strongmy muscles are extremely tight and she really got in there and made them feel like play-doh. I got a 30 minute full body which included everything except feet. Some massages i've gotten in the past the therapist was a little shy-not the case here she was on the table with me at times to get better leverage and she even did gluteal work. The room was relaxing and clean as were the linens and the music was calming. I think I was the only customer. She finished the massage with a hot towel and basically wiped off the lotion and added a sensation of briskness-never had that before. My ONLY complaint was that the table could use some extra forehead support, that's it. I love this place and will DEFINITELY be going back! $2.00 to use credit card. I took my girlfriend and we had a foot and body massage for 1 hour. Both masseuses were very professional as well as excellent. It was so relaxing but they also used lots of pressure which we both liked. I highly recommend this spa and will be returning asap as well as giving gift certificates from it. I am fortunate enough to have had body massages in 5 Star resorts, and the one I received today was by the far the best I have ever had. I opted for the one hour 1/2 and 1/2. The first 30 minutes was dedicated to feet and legs and the last 30 minutes was back and arms. I left there feeling relaxed and re energized. The room was comfortable, and the aromatherapy that they use has a pleasant and relaxing aroma. My masseuse was well versed in the pressure points and OMG she hit every one. I was soooo disappointed with this place! I had no idea what I was about to walk into, if I had known I would have ran out before the massage started. I have been to a local spa and had a great massage before, I figured I was going to get a similar one here.. boy was I wrong !! I walk into a cabana and there is already a lady laying in the room getting her hours worth, she had her clothes on so I had no idea what I was supposed to do so I just sat there and waited for the lady to return to start the service. I did not know what was going on (do to no one speaking English to me). No wonder the prices are so cheap here, $27 for a body and foot massage one hour, one hour of wishing I had never gone there and wanting to get up and run out. It was AWFUL! The lady started with a face massage and she was hurting my ear canals so badly I had to tell her to be more gentle, which didn't happen. Then the head massage was next and it felt like she was pulling pieces of my hair out because of how sloppy she was and how rough! My feet were put into a bucket at the beginning of this experience which caused for a very uncomfortable position for the body rub laying on my back and my feet in a bucket at a 90degree angel..Feet came last. The WHOLE time of my massage I listened to the table next to me SQUEEKING from the lady 4 feet over from me getting hers!! It was not a relaxing experience at all!!! I wanted to call it quits the whole time and should have excused myself. There was not one enjoyable part of my massage. When it came time to pay I decided to pay with a check because they charge a few bucks to us a debit card. As I'm writing the check she tells me to put a tip on there !!! I wasn't going to because of how awful the massage was but felt pressured by the lady and ended up leaving a $5 tip anyway.
