I only give it 1 star because there's no option to give it zero!…read more I called to make an appointment over phone but her English was so hard to understand when I asked how much for an hour but managed to set an appointment for Sunday. I went into lobby, lady asked me to pay first before my appointment. Sign said $60 for an hour and $30 for 30 mins. When I handed her my card she said something $60 plus xyz. So I asked her plus what? Several times I couldn't understand and I kept reiterating I just wanted an hour massage. Well come to understand she said it's $30 tips mandatory! I said WHAT? Mandatory? She said yes. I should've walked out because that is unheard of! A tip is what I feel like giving AFTER the service! And 50% tip ? Even with an excellent job, no one ever received a 50% tip! My back was in so much pain and they were the only place opened on a Sunday. So I had my massage. First, at 12:30 she opened the door and just pointed y to let me know to go in. Never said anything else so I sat there for 5 mins when she came back to tell me to go ahead undress & get on table. Five minutes into our session, door flew open and she was speaking loudly to coworkers. That happened 2 more times. It was quite annoying when you are trying to relax. At one point she got up and left for 5 minutes. It was mediocre. Nothing special. We stopped exactly at 1:30. So I didn't even get a full "60 minutes ". Don't go here. I won't be going back! For the 30 minutes session $30, she said it is $20 "mandatory tips" so you are looking at $50 for 30 minutes and $90 for 60 minutes! Scam!

I read the reviews before I called and they were able to accommodate me right away. My therapist was Cindy this past Tuesday and today. Especially after today's appointment to work out the same painful locations I feel great again. I did the Swedish 1 hour both times and for $50 bucks, it is definitely worth every penny. Gave her $10 for tip and I am good to go! Oh yeah, the rooms, back ground music, hot towel treatment and clean fresh linens make this place a must go when you are in need of a great massage. Sure hope they have gift certificates come the holidays because everyone will be getting one
