I went into lobby, lady asked me to pay first before my appointment. Sign said $60 for an hour and $30 for 30 mins. When I handed her my card she said something $60 plus xyz. So I asked her plus what? Several times I couldn't understand and I kept reiterating I just wanted an hour massage. Well come to understand she said it's $30 tips mandatory! I said WHAT? Mandatory? She said yes. I should've walked out because that is unheard of! A tip is what I feel like giving AFTER the service! And 50% tip ? Even with an excellent job, no one ever received a 50% tip! My back was in so much pain and they were the only place opened on a Sunday. So I had my massage. First, at 12:30 she opened the door and just pointed y to let me know to go in. Never said anything else so I sat there for 5 mins when she came back to tell me to go ahead undress & get on table. Five minutes into our session, door flew open and she was speaking loudly to coworkers. That happened 2 more times. It was quite annoying when you are trying to relax. At one point she got up and left for 5 minutes. It was mediocre. Nothing special. We stopped exactly at 1:30. So I didn't even get a full "60 minutes ". Don't go here. I won't be going back! For the 30 minutes session $30, she said it is $20 "mandatory tips" so you are looking at $50 for 30 minutes and $90 for 60 minutes! Scam!

I don't think the lady I got, is actually trained to do massage. I originally was hoping for an hour massage. After 15 minutes in, I told the lady to cut my massage short. I couldn't fathom spending $70 for a full hour. As it was $40 for 20 minutes was too much. 10 minutes was spent translating through an app on the phone. When paying, I gave a $50 bill, with no intention of leaving a tip. When I asked to get $10 back, she only brought me $5 and told me the other $5 is tip. The massage was HORRIBLE. A tip should not be expected for attempting to make an effort. Believe me, if the massage was amazing I would have gladly tip an extra $20, but I'm not a fan of tipping when the service is not there. Huge waste of my time and money.

I had a massage with Heather and it was incredible! I've had massages at some of the most highly rated spas in America (Spruce Peak, Old Edwards) and this massage was easily comparable, if not better. She has been wonderful -- could tell right away that the muscles on one side of my back were very tight, and has been using both massage and acupuncture to loosen them up. (I had a knee replacement six months ago, and most probably have been favoring one side of my body.) Carolini is very intuitive and knowledgeable about Western and Chinese medicine, and I feel like I'm getting excellent care from her. Each time I go she uses a very strong massage device on my back, and I love it... I highly recommend her!
