I am fortunate enough to have Dr Heather Davids for my pain specialist. She takes all the time I…read moreneed and listens, intently, when I explain my pain. She reviews labs, X-rays, and my MRI to see, exactly, what is involved and what is causing my pain. She is very knowledgable about different modalities of treatment and presents them with understanding and precision. I, recently, went to her office, but on the way, google maps took to the wrong place. I had parked my car and after walking 3 blocks, I realized I was in the wrong place. I was 10 minutes away from my appointment time. Walking is painful for me, (part of the reason I see Dr Davids) so it took me awhile to get back to my car. By that time I was 2 minutes late. I called the office to let them I was close and that I would be there soon. They told me they would see me soon. Through 2 or 3 more unfortunate actions on my part, I found my self looking for the wrong office number and was instructed by a worked to go to the next building. To make a very long story no longer, I called the office at 20 minutes past my scheduled appointment, crying, and Sandra answered the phone. She had me describe to her where I was, asked what I was wearing and said she would come get me. Soon Sandra was walking me to the office. She reassured me that everything was ok and that Dr Davids would see me soon. That was 30 minutes after my appointment time. They had accommodated my lateness by seeing patients that were already there so I could be seen when I finally arrived. She brought me water, and reassured me everything was ok. When Dr Davids came in she was so kind and gentle and she told me it had worked out and that she was glad to see me. We had a wonderful conversation and she was very through in her assessment of my needs. I felt cared for and it was such a positive experience-one I will never forget. Being an RN that has worked in the medical field, for 35 years, I know a good quality healthcare provider whan I experience one. Dr Davids and her staff are the best! Thank you, Dr Davids and Sandra and the staff for making this very stressful event so much better than it started out to be.

Let me start by saying I've never seen Dr. Magimbi. So I have no doubt he's fantastic…read more Unfortunately, you cannot get into see him for a multitude of factors that make zero sense. You would have a better chance to get in to see the president. I got a referral. Did everything right. Called. The lady who answers the phone is uber friendly by calling me babe, sweets, sugar and love tells me she never got the referral (even though I am holding the referral in my hand). I have to call back my doctor and ask for the referral again. So I oblige. She also says (in between the constant calling me sugar and sweetie and honey) that I need an MRI within the last year or he won't see me. I have MRI's probably from 2 years ago but whatever. I say I have MRIs and I can email them to her. NOPE. They don't do email because she's too busy to I guess look at email. She wants me to fax her. So she has time for a fax but not email. Not sure what that's about. This is 2026. Not 1986. All this entire time she continually called me honey, and love and sugar and sweets and every other kind of loving nickname you can think of. She doesn't know me at all and yet somehow she thinks this is ok. I am not a Karen BTW. Call me whatever it is you want, but at least help me by doing your job. I got the referral. I got the MRI. I have had pain in my back for 14 years and just need someone to help me. Instead I get "sugar pies" and love dumplings" and "no I am too busy" to look at email. So, yea. I would love to get rid of my pain and leave a wonderful review for Dr. Magimbi who sound fantastic, but your person screening calls seems more interested and calling your clients love muffin and making it damn near impossible to see you.

It made a very stressful situation so much easier knowing I was in such capable hands. I especially want to recognize Dani for going so far above and beyond with the billing support. She put in so much extra work behind the scenes, and I truly appreciate all the time, patience, and dedication she and Ginger gave to helping resolve everything. My medical care truly could not have happened without their support, and it has been life-changing for me. A huge thank you as well to Sarah for making sure we were scheduled for the procedure and helping everything come together smoothly and on time. Her help made the entire process seamless. This team truly cares about their patients, and it shows in every interaction. I am beyond thankful for all of their help and highly recommend this office.

I was told this was necessary because the employee who booked my appointment had been terminated, and there was no documentation in my chart. I clearly explained at that time why I was seeking care and specifically asked the receptionist to verify my insurance eligibility to ensure I could see the physician. When I arrived for my appointment, I was informed that it had been scheduled incorrectly. After waiting approximately 20 minutes, I was told I needed to contact my insurance company to obtain my physical insurance card information. While I was on the phone with my insurance provider, the doctor briefly came to the front desk area. At the time, it appeared to be a casual interaction with staff, but given the circumstances, it seemed possible she had been informed that my insurance information had not been properly collected by the former receptionist. Once I provided the required insurance details, I was finally taken to an exam room by a medical assistant. As I sat down, the staff member commented that the doctor was not friendly and could be rude and abrupt. My blood pressure was taken and measured at 140/103, which is elevated. The assistant stated she would not inform the doctor and would instead retake it because she did not want to "go there" with her. When retaken, I was told it was still high. The staff member asked additional questions and mentioned I would see her again after the doctor completed the examination. However, just two minutes later, she returned to inform me that the doctor had left and would not be seeing me that day. I was asked if I would like to reschedule. Although I remained composed and declined, I left the office in tears, feeling defeated and deeply disappointed. It is difficult to understand how someone seeking medical care could be treated in this manner. I will be contacting patient relations, and I felt it was important to share this experience here as well.
