She is extremely diligent in her practice and even recently went above and beyond for me to order a tier 4 prescription for me that was extremely time sensitive requiring a emergent prior authorization with insurance. This was not even her responsibility, but was put on her from one of my specialists. Her staff, her referral team, and herself really care for their people and do excellent work. They do not use computers, so you cannot email. Nor can you view any of his notes or any diagnoses. Or look up when your next appointment is. They never erase the voicemail so it's always full. If she has another call she hangs up on you. (been hung up on at least 20 times) Every single referral has had errors that caused even further delays. Dr. Lee missed the fact that my mother (like most old people) is on blood thinners and ordered a spinal tap. Referral for PET scan was sent to wrong facility. Walked in today, gave her two pieces of paper and told her she has Alzheimer's. No opinion on progression, no idea of how fast it will happen and absolutely zero compassion. When I asked about treatment he said there were two, gave the name and asked which one we wanted. No explanation on pros and cons of each. Also said they might cause swelling and brain bleeding. No explanation as to how often it happens. I could go on for hours. If you value your own or a loved ones care do not see Dr. Lee (Choo Lee and Steven Lee are the same person) Literally go absolutely anywhere else.

When I met Lovett, I was very nervous of being turned away again. Dr Lovett doesn't sugar coat things, but that's what I like about him. I want a doctor who is straightforward and is constantly searching for the best way to do things. I knew I wanted him to operate on me after I had my first gel injection. I had heard horror stories, and he had a few of his own, which is what caused him to perfect a better way. I only felt pressure from the gel, it never ever hurt. He kept checking to make sure I was okay. I have had 4 injections to date and NONE of them hurt, I barely felt anything. My experiences with the doctor have continued to be the same. I had the operation, it was a huge success. With every issue and question, I could see his care for me, his experience and his willingness to actually help me.
